A list of puns related to "Thomas J. Wilson"
Wilson is first in yards per target from the slot.
Once he has the ball in his hands, he's one of the best in the league, averaging 7.8 YAC and 0.28 missed tackles per reception.
Opportunity:
The trade that sent Kenny Stills to Houston opened up even more targets for Wilson in the slot.
Now Wilson gets paired with Ryan Fitzpatrick, the quarterback that paces the league in targeting slot receivers over the last 10 seasons. Even if/when Josh Rosen replaces FitzMagic, he was also more efficient targeting slot receivers compared to receivers on the outside last season.
Interesting PFF article I was reading that brought this point up. A lot of us seem excited about the core of our team and we all know that any hope of us turning this around is dependent on this core developing. Any chance we get some studs like this? And I'm talking more elite and more realistic.
My votes would be: Daniel Jones (obviously), Saquon Barkley (obviously), Hernandez, Andrew Thomas, Dexter Lawrence, Deandre Baker, and McKinney. We need these guys to develop.
If we wanted a stretch of dominance like the Hawks had, I think we need these guys to become big-time players as well: Darnay Holmes, Darius Slayton, and I really think we need one of either Ximines or Carter.
You guys think we can get there?
I know it's not 2015 yet, but it would be closer. Can we make this happen internet?
Heβs such a good actor and heβs really good in bttf as well as freaks and geeks
Dynasty League: 10 teams, .5 PPR
QB- Matt Ryan, Ben Roethlisberger
RB- Lesean McCoy, Gio Bernard, Shane Vereen, Joique Bell, Christine Michael, Toby Gerhart, Latavius Murray, Andre Brown,
WR- AJ Green, Victor Cruz, Michael Floyd, Ruben Randle, Terrance Williams, DaβRick Rogers
TE- Martellus Bennett, Tyler Eifert
So my thought process is that if I give up Cruz, Iβll have Randle stepping up in Nicksβ place this season and I am also expecting big things from Floyd this season. I feel like I have enough RB depth to let Michael go for David Wilson but what about Cruz for Julius Thomas? What do you guys think.
With Garopollo DNP cuz of a bum hand, I can see SF running the ball lots with Lance, Wilson, Mitchell [if healthy], Deebo, etc. And I can see Aiyuk missing out.
But with Mitchell potentially playing, that mean Wilson's touches maybe be limited and then I'm more 50/50 between Aiyuk and Wilson.
What do you guys think? How would you rank SF's offensive players this week in fantasy terms?
EDIT: why down vote genuine discussion?
D.J. Wilson tonight: An impressive 15 points on 6/8 shooting along with 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Only a -25 as well (best among the starters)
