A list of puns related to "The Suspicious Housekeeper"
Everybody can now see that it was not the greatest love between mother and the strange father. I hope you enjoyed anyway, while you were sleeping or when awake, and that you can manage to circle that important quote. Because this is not the first time I am watching this, I am drinking solo. The two eldest children are crossing the line, while the smallest just was pretty. And for the father I will just say: This is not the best time to quit your job. And he knows it.
Remember that you are all welcome, whoever you are. Disagreement is encouraged. So it is good practice for when you want to keep your friendship with that friend who thinks so different from you!
On Thursday 4th of April we are going to discuss episodes 9 - 11 of Suspicious Housekeeper, and episodes 5 and 6 of Kaseifu no Mita.

I heard about this book in a post on Tumblr within the last three months but was not able to find the comment again. The argument of the book is only an approximation of the book's topic.
Its overnight, New Yearโs Day (going into 1/2) and the ER has been nuts for the last 36 hours. Heading back to the stock room I see a house keeper by the trash shoot.
She looked to be frustratingly emptying her cart full of trash by throwing the (tied off) bags of trash on the ground before throwing them down the shoot.
I approached her and told me (in broken English) she told me how overworked understaffed and unappreciated she felt.
I kicked a bag of trash, she kicked a bag of trash with tears in her eyes and I told her that sheโs not wrong, itโs not fair and some things may or may not change. But I appreciate her. She hugged me.
Appreciate your EVS.
Ok, I know it's just a show---but why couldn't Philip and Elizabeth's family have included some type of sitter/grandma type (and maybe housekeeper type) in the home? It seems incredulous (and easily fixable) that the parents would leave their young children (and presumably much younger before the show started) ALONE all night and most of the day?
You would think that this would have been easily remedied by some fake (but also real) sitter who was in on it--posting a grandma or sitter--I mean plenty of regular families have this especially with 2 working parents! Who would ever leave kids' alone in house all night long (without even telling them). I mean ok, later on the girl is a bit older..but NO WAY. In the real world call child services would be called.
Also if the Jennings are so worried about their kids why wouldn't they have requested some sort of fake person posing a relative, nanny or housekeeper in the home? I know small thing--but seriously.
Iโve been looking for a new housekeeper and had a woman come out last week for the first time. She did her thing for a couple hours and left. A couple days later she texts me saying she needs help because she needs a new tire and she canโt ask her family, then sends me an applepay request for $100. I tell her Iโm not comfortable lending money and she sends me a picture of a tire with a blow out sidewall. I do a reverse image search and the photoโs at least 3 yeas old. I called her out and she was pretty pissed at me obviously. I donโt want this girl pulling this bs on other people, but Iโm worried about retaliation. Is it even worth going to the cops to say someone tried to scam you and didnโt succeed?
Update: Turns out being a piece of shit is not a crime and since I realized it was a scam before sending her any money they wonโt even take a report. They basically consider it the same as panhandling with a sad story.
Mormaid
I will be staying in a nice hotel on New Yearโs Eve and would like to leave it as clean as possible for the housekeeper the next morning. Also, what is considered an acceptable tip?
The assistant answers your phone calls, checks your mail, and Email, makes sure your bills are payed, tracks your budget, keeps track of your schedule, and makes sure you get to work/appointments on time. They can also take care of child/pet care. And everything they know about you is 100% confidential
The housekeeper makes sure your whole house is cleaned and organized everyday. And provides their own cleaning supplies
The chef cooks all of your meals, and makes you a lunch for work. Even late night snacks. They can make anything you could possibly want, and will also work within your diet. They also provide all of the groceries for free, but you pay if you decide to eat out. They also provide their own cooking utensils, stove, and fridge, and will clean the kitchen after every meal, but just the kitchen.
The driver drives you anywhere you need to go. Across town, or across the country. On long trips they provide their own food and lodging. They also pay for gas, insurance and vehicle repairs. If youโre going to a movie or something they wait outside. Even if itโs a festival lasting several days. You have to be in the vehicle though. They wonโt ship items for you, or even go pick up take out unless you are in the car. The vehicle is a black luxury SUV.
All of the services are free and available 24/7, but you can only choose one
Edit: Everyone was saying the assistant was useless, so I sweetened the deal with child care and pet care. I figure mail/email was a given but thought I should mention it
It looked like foul play. The mason wasnโt a suspect. He had a concrete alibi. The night of the accident he said he was with his girlfriend. She confirmed this. There was a wall of evidence. Consequently his alibi was rock solid and not just a facade. There was damning evidence that it was the plumber. They figured his alibi, that he was at the casino, wouldnโt hold water. But cameras showed fluid betting all night. This, obviously, threw a wrench in the investigation. The investigators followed a lead to the electrician. He had a shocking secret. It seems the electrician had been charged with battery only months earlier. But it was a dead end. They looked at the HVAC installer, but his alibi was airtight. Next, they tried to nail the Roofer, as he had been spouting off about the victim the day of the accident. But the roofer had been hammered all day. There was no way they could paint him as the cunning mastermind.
Then they saw the writing on the wall: the painter had both motive and opportunity. He was seen canvassing the accident site a few strokes before midnight when the accident occurred. The victim fell off a faulty ladder that was covered in finger paint. It seems the victim and the painter had a few brush-ins before. And it wasnโt a pretty picture. The painter was indicted, but despite all the evidence, the charges didnโt stick and the jury let him roll off clean.
Hi first post here, forgive me if I make any storytelling mistake.
So to give context, I live in a part of Asia where it is very normal for a middle class family to have housekeepers/maids (contrarily to in the US where only super rich ppl can afford them). We've always loved our housekeeper, but one day she suddenly quitted for personal reasons. My mom then went through the same agency to find a new one, but I guess she forgot to specify that we wanted a human, not a whale.
The woman who arrived that day was around 5'2 and most probably 250 pounds. She's around 50yo at least. We shall call her Hamelina. I know that a lot of u will think that this doesn't compare to all the other 300pounds hams in this sub, but plz remember that I live in Asia, and we have different body frames and BMI than Westerners, who have naturally larger frames (not being racist, just saying). Also, her attitude and work ethics definitely exudes hamminess.
At first my parents were worried that she was not physically fit for her work, but my mom tried to be kind and gave her a chance anyways. Unfortunately, no good deed goes unpunished...
So Hamelina was tasked with preparing our meals because my parents were too busy to cook. However, my mom started noticing something strange. Sometimes, the dishes looked "eaten". There were traces of sauce on the plate as if someone dragged some food off the edge or wiped the sauce off their fingers on the edge of the plate. Or sometimes, the amount of food was less than what my mom had shopped for. Interestingly enough, the vegetables and simple traditional dishes were always pristine, it was only the rich and "special food" (western food we have once per week like mashed potatoes, steak, etc.) that were touched.
My mom consulted my dad but he dismissed it, saying that if Hamelina was actually eating our food, she would not leave behind such obvious evidences, especially since she always cooks alone and has plenty of time to clean up after herself if she had done smth bad. He argued that she was probably clumsy and just dropped some food. Furthermore, we always invited Hamelina to share our meals with us. She would always fervently decline and insisted that she only eats from her own lunchbox.
Maybe because of our indulgence, Hamelina started to feel more comfortable to show us her little "quirks". She started to indulge herself even when my parents were home. For instance, once, she was alone in the kitchen cutting a banana cake for my li

Iโm writing a fantasy fiction novel, based in medieval Europe. How would a young Prince, at fourteen years old, have addressed the housekeeper? To set some context, the housekeeper is in her 40โs, elegant and has served the King and his family for the last 7 years. Would he have used โmy ladyโ, her name? Or some other title?
Edit: Adding more context. The housekeeper is tasked to get him washed and dressed before he meets his father, the King. He is reluctant to get dressed since he has his first official visit to another city. He says the city stinks of shit, smoke and witches. Anyway, after he called her a โstupid bintโ, for purposely tipping rose water on him, the situation has calmed down. Despite his title, she is actually very commanding and has an air of authority over him. As she leaves he addresses her. There is no apology, but this is where I need a typical response like โYes maโamโ. Although I know that wouldnโt be appropriate for medieval England.
It is time for nominations again, and because several people are in a drama slump thanks to certain idols/actors who have believed they have the right to do whatever with other human beings, the rule this time is:
You can nominate whatever you want, but you must explain to us how this drama is in regards to harassment. If it is a drama you already have seen: Does it contain casual harassment that is accepted by the characters, like for example trying to date rape? Does it contain segments where the characters fight against harassment? Or will this drama make you forget all about what happened? If it is a drama you have never seen, your guess is as good as my guess.
You must also do the work for me, and google the two main male leads together with the word "scandal". Scandals of other types are accepted. We accept scandals that has not made it into English websites yet, as long as you don't tell us about the scandals on Korean websites.
Two nominations pr person, and please also tell us on which platform we can stream it. Only write the nominations as an answer to the nominations-comment below.

Six flying dragons is very long, so if it wins we will have to do 8 hours of dramawatching a week. It is available on Viki Norway, probably also in other countries in Europe. Maybe on Netflix US? It is your responsibility to check if it is available in your country.
Save me is available on Viu Singapore and possibly other places too.
