A list of puns related to "The Ones (30 Rock)"
Almost 30 years ago (Jan 6, 1990), a guy jumped off a 15 foot high stack of speakers at an early Nirvana concert at the UW campus in Seattle, Washington. Photographer Charles Peterson begged him to stop climbing, but the guy wouldn't listen and Peterson instead took the famous photo when he jumped into the crowd. The stage diver was wearing British Knights hightops and was caught safely by the crowd below. The diver would be around 50 - 55 years old now. This photo has been reprinted countless times online, on shirts, books and all sorts of different mediums.
The mystery is that no one has ever claimed to be that guy. For any Nirvana, Seattle, or grunge music fan, the pic that Peterson captured is one of the more iconic images. There were around 500 people in the audience that night. The jumper was a point of conversation that night and immediately afterwards. I was in the crowd below the jumper and still am in contact with ten others (all UW students) who were at the show, none of us knew then (or now) who the person was. It was a general admission show ($4 for students, $6 for non-students).
Tad (another Sub Pop band) opened and had a crew filming the concert for a video. Two other bands were on the opening bill (The Gits and Crutchbird). There is a rumor that the TAD film crew filmed the jumper and/or at least part of the Nirvana show, but no one knows if there is any surviving video. The 30th Anniversary of that pic is coming up and it would be cool if anyone knew of anyone who knew anything about the identity of the jumper or had any other photos/video to help ID the guy.

When I first watched the first ep I thought it was just going to be punching one side (politically, demographic, belief). Like Jack would be the typical evil rich man vs. The underdogs but I was pleasantly surprised watching the rest of the season.
They punched on all aisles while still getting their ideas across. And the best part was, it was funny as hell.
I might not agree with everything but I wasn't offended at all. It actually made me re-think some of my beliefs.
Tina Fey is an amazing writer and I feel bad for not knowing that sooner.
Now I feel a bit empty inside binge watching 7 seasons
Edit: plus some of the things in the show is so relevant in today's political climate.
She's just so delusional sometimes
How has history viewed the presidency of Taylor?
Yesterday I had a percent opportunity to quote βI miscounted the men, Liz!β But I know my coworkers wouldnβt understand me. And now Iβm looking for a meme of Tracy saying βand trust me, I use that word a lotβ from the episode The One With The Cast of Night Court. And it doesnβt exist.
I could make a The Office reference and 90% of the people would pick up on it, but if I make a 30 Rock reference no one gets it. I feel cursed being a fan of 30 Rock.
Excited to hear any type of notes from anyone willing to take a look, Iβll read anything.
The answer was John Cena. Does anyone recall where this would have been in 30 Rock? For reference:
-Reigning champion: CM Punk -January 27 2013: The Rock wins Championship -January 31 2013: 30 Rock Series Finale -April 7 2013: John Cena wins Championship
Iβm not sure if Schur makes an appearance in the episode. He previously has on The Office, a show he also co-produced, several times (as Mose Schrute).

Sorry for the very click-baitey title, but I couldn't figure out how to word it without sounding like an asshole. It obviously didn't work.

Then congratulations, we share the same sense of humor. Now as someone who is for some reason extremely picky about jumping into a new show and for whatever reason has to be in the right mood, or feeling of spontaneity/risk taking, because time is just too darn valuable to waste it on a show that may or may not pay off, I'm here to suggest to you some great/ different shows with the mindset and reasoning explained. You keep hearing about some of these shows maybe, how they are so great, but let me simply explain why, and what you (a person who likes the above shows) will get from them. (I will include a clips, nothing too spoiler-y, but don't judge solely on the clip)
Zach Stone is Gonna Be Famous (The Bo Burnham one) 5 min into this one you're gonna think, "this is trying too hard to be that cringe/embarrassment type mockumentary." And then I want you to keep watching, because with all great tv shows, you need to soak. You need to immerse yourself into the tone and characters. You may be thinking "Fuck that, if the show doesn't start great I'm not gonna wait it out I hate that." Well I'll tell you what. Finish the darn episode. And then the second. If it doesn't start vibing with you, then maybe it's not your thing. If however you think you may be liking it. Then, my friend, it only gets exponentially more hilarious. I won't spend too much time describing the plot, it really isn't what is going to draw you in. Zach spends his life savings on a camera crew and forgoes college in attempts to become famous. His obnoxious and self absorbed character may turn you off, but my god the antics and the things he says are goddam hilarious. Bo is, afterall a comedian. It is a great satire on the whole reality mtv thing, and manages to show the pain of exclusion, and the need for approval in teens that really anyone can relate to. IMO if you liked the embarrassment of the Office and the kookiness of Scrubs and Parks and Rec, you'll love this show. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JzcoAOSJBLA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xf2lNpOn0d8

The whole song he just has flawless impeccable flow throughout the whole thing, but then he fucking ruins it by listing off locations for the last 3 minutes. I know that you can just skip to the next song when it gets to that point but no one wants do that, and besides it doesnβt change the fact that all it does is make the song worse. Like I get the idea he is trying to give, that he gets ass wherever he goes anywhere on the planet. But it ruins a really good song. If you havenβt heard it yet I highly recommend you give it a few listens, itβs from his 1999 album βThe Calm Before The Stormβ, and his flow is amazing in the first verse especially, but the rest of the song is also great. Except for that fucking last part.
