Maybe a bit longer than those ones, it's been a while since I read them so I can't remember how kid-friendly they were, but anything with a similar feel of adventure would be greatly appreciated!

A few years ago I read a hilarious fan fiction/parody of The Magic Faraway Tree by Enid Blyton, written from the perspective of the mother. It was about how much she disliked the new house, and her confusion as her children got weirder and weirder.

Enid Blyton's beloved magical faraway tree series has so much weird and wonderful food in it. It sounds incredible.
I'd love to see Babish's take on foods like Pop cakes, toffee shocks, and Google buns.
Not to mention basics like Bessie's lemonade, onion soup (that the Angry Pixie drenched Joe with), Moonface's toffee, or even Mother's strawberry jam.
