Do you think it was a better solution than Kingdom of Yugoslavia?
Formed during the dissolution of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the State of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs is the culmination of the Yugoslav movement. Having achieved self-determination, the hopes of the South Slavs of the former Habsburg empire now rest with Serbia, with which an agreement had been made during the war to form a united Yugoslav state. The future of the fledgling state now lies in the negotiations in Paris. Only time will tell what that future will be.
Having successfully lobbied for the creation of a united South Slavic state, the State of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs is no more. I now look to Ukraine, a nation with much potential, but one that is perpetually in a state of crisis.
As Ukraine, my number one priority will be forming a stable, popular government that can implement the many needed reforms, without resorting to extremism like the Bolsheviks would do. While officially recognised under the treaty of Brest-Litovsk, the Soviets present an existential threat that must be countered. I intend to look to the Entente as our neighbours for assistance, though the many territorial disputes will complicate the process.
A third, more general goal will be to unify the Ukranian people - including Eastern Galicia, Carpathian Ruthenia, Crimea and more - under a truly democratic, federal state.

Sp the state is proclamed on 29th October 1918. In this timeline the people answer the call to mobilisation in much greater numbers, up to 200k troops mobilise. They manage to prevent Italy from occupying anything outside of Trieste, which is officially ceded to Italy in the Treaty of Rapallo in 1919. The state is unable to strike a deal with Serbia about a union state and war breaks out. With the troops rallied and Albania joining the war and occupying Kosovo and parts of western Macedonia the State manages to hold on and Serbia is defeated. Kosovo amd parts of Western Macedonia are ceded to Albania in the Treaty of NiΕ‘. In this timeline Montenegro still joins serbia but Vojvodina doesn't. The first election in 1920 (after the war ends) is won by a coalition of the Croatian Peasant Party and The Communist party. The Republic of Ilyria is proclaimed as a federal state consisting of Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Vojvodina. In the interwar period Illyria is developed as a strong liberal democracy. The prime minister was Stjepan RadiΔ from the first election until 1941 when Illyria wad invaded. Due to the Communist party beeing in the coalition there are many social reforms and Illyria has good relations with the Soviet Union, who even guarantees its independence. Serbia falls to Fascism in 1929 and becomes an Axis power instead of Bulgaria. Illyria stays neutral in the begining of WW2 but is invaded in April 1941 alongside the Soviet Union. It falls after 2 months of fierce battles. Slovenia is partitioned as in OTL, Istria, Rijeka, parts of Dalmatia and Most Islands are annexed by Italy, south Vojvodina, Syrmia, bosnia and the rest of Dalmatia is annexed by Serbia and Croatia, Slavonia and north Vojvodina are annexed by Hungary. Serbia occupies most of Bulgaria and forms the Yugoslav State. The communist partisans put up fierce resistance and are even more powerful than in OTL due to a lot of dupport from the people and the Allies, liberating most of Illyria in 1944 and advancing northward and westward alongside the Red Army. Thebwar ends in May 1945 and Illyria is reinstated in its pre-war borders. Bulgaria has annexed Macedonia from Serbia and Dobrogea from Romania, cutting its acces to the Black Sea. Illyria annexes Trieste from Italy. The Communists win the fair election after the war and Illyria aligns with the Soviet Union, but as an independent state. On the 10th of June 1919 the Temporary National Representation convened for the first time, effectively signaling the unification of the Kingdom of Serbia with the State of Slovenes, Croats, and Serbs. This body, which was selected by the National Assembly of Serbia and the National Council of the State, is tasked with governing the nation until the first election. As previously mentioned, Ljubomir DavidoviΔ was selected by the Prince Regent as the first Prime Minister, though the remainder of the representatives from Serbia, Banat, BaΔka, and Baranja have a heavy lean towards PaΕ‘iΔβs National Party of Radicals. The Kingdom of Serbia sent 108 representatives, Banat BaΔka, and Baranja 24, Montenegro 12, Cloatia/Slavonia/Dalmatia 62. Slovenia 32, Dalmatia 12, Bosnia 42, for a total of 292 representatives.
At the same time, Stjepan RadiΔ dominated Croatian politics, a staunch opponent of centralism, and an advocate of the Croatian βstate rightβ and opponent of Yugoslavism. He stood in stark contrast to the Croat-Serb coalition led by Svetozar PribiΔeviΔ. In debating for supremacy of the National Representation, the Croat-Serb Coalition first approached PaΕ‘iΔ, the chief political force in the Kingdom of Serbia, but was rebuked over questions of decentralization vs. centralization. Ultimately, they formed an alliance with the acting Prime Ministerβs Democratic Party, which allowed them to, between the Croatian and Bosnian representatives and the Democrats own presence in Serbia, a sizeable control of the National Representation.
At the beginning of the first meeting of the Representation, the Prince Regent made the address:
> I am convinced that by this act I am fulfilling my duty as a ruler, because with this I am merely realizing that which the best sons of our blood β of all three faiths and all three names from both sides of the Danube, the Sava, and the Drina β began to prepare already under the reign of my grand-fathers Prince Aleksandar I and Prince Mihailo, blessed be their memory, that which corresponds to the wishes and views of my nation, and therefore in the name of His Royal Highness King Petar I, I proclaim the unification of Serbia with the lands of the independent state of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs in the unified Kingdom of Serbs Croats and Slovenes. Long live the entire nation, Serb, Croat, and Slovene! May our Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes always be happy and great!

Repeatedly, I have been asked by my constituents to take up the mantle of Yugoslavia again. I will do this. I'm still foggy as to whether or not unification has happened since Serbia and the The State of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs have both been unclaimed for 7 days+ but whether or not its happened has little impact on my plans, it just adds the first plan of forming the union.
Generally speaking I'll focus on the internal political chaos of Yugoslavia especially around the factions of the Serbian radicals, the Croatian peasants, and others. Yugoslavia will also play a role in regional affairs and I'll also work to build up the Little Entente into an actual political force once it comes to that time. Other than that, I haven't decided much the future of Yugoslavia, but I'll be focusing on internal stuff moreso than any batshit pan-Balkan unification nonsense.
