The question that I have is related to the upcoming Kamigawa lands. Yes, the full art ones. I'm looking to obtain approximately 60 of these. I don't care if they're foil or not. So my question is, what is the best way should I go about this?
A) Flat out buy them from vendors, which would probably cost me probably half a Set Booster box?
B) Save enough to buy two Set booster box? (Should get close to 60)
C) ???? - Your opinion / answer.
Edit: Thank you to everyone for letting know that the Full Art lands are not 1:1 on the Set Boosters as I originally thought. It's 1 per 3 packs.

In case it isn't already known, getting the lightning round at the end of Dares of Eternity partially relies on a chance of guessing the correct boss after the second round and having the entire fireteam pick the correct boss in addition to general RNG.
What may not be known to the general public is that the Legend difficulty will tell you exactly who the boss is. For instance, at the difficulty selection screen after selecting Legend you will see a modifier called "Contestants: The Way of The Hoof" which shows that Round 1 is Fallen, Round 2 is Hive, and the Final Round is Zydron aka Vex Boss. This enemy round selection does not change and is constant for a week.
With this information, you and your selected fireteam members (there is no matchmaking for legend difficulty) can all stand on the correct boss plate after Round 2 thus increasing your chance at getting the lightning round. Note that it does not always begin the lightning round even if your team selected the correct boss however this is the most consistent way of making sure your chances are increased.
For frame of reference, after six Legend runs, I was able to defeat Xur's Chosen the required three times to complete the triumph as that enemy can only spawn once in a lightning round.
Hoping this will help all attempting to clear the Seal quickly, the only triumph that cannot be completed this week and is technically time-gated is Fateful Spin as the triumph requires different rounds of enemies and since Legend locks Round Enemies each week, odds are that 2 weeks from now, that triumph will be able to be completed.
TL;DR - If hunting for Special Guest Scar, run Legend difficulty instead for increased chances!
Lately, I've been seeing lots of toons with clothes that have gags or rainbows on them, and I'm not sure how to get them... I've seen some themed after squirt gags, some cute ones with rainbows and cupcakes on them... I've also seen some purple sellbot costumes that look very neat! Were they from Toonfest or something similar? Is there any way to still get these items? I'm sorry if this has been asked a million times, I'm just curious! Thank you!

There are 3 flairs for regulars, Traditional artists, Digital artists,s and Kouhai. Each staff usually has their own custom flair. We might also give out custom flairs, who knows? (I still like my Team Waifu no one gonna take that away)
It's one of the few last pieces of knowledge I miss to complete the Valencia Adventure Journal (next up; grind for compass/map pieces, fml). I have done everything I can imagine and what Google prompts me. The Palm Boy quest been completed like countless times, Valencia story quest done so many times I don't need a compass any more to find the dig spot, all chars are Cooking Artisan or above. Yet Dudora Doriven in Arehaza Town just doesn't want to give me the quest that gives this knowledge. Also the Shai that people claim that gives the knowledge for 10 Energy doesn't do anything to me.
What did I miss? What to do to get this?

I started playing the game again mid-January. I managed to complete most of the special research tasks. Currently these are left to complete: All in one #151 (1/4), Let's Go Meltan (8/9), A Thousand Year Slumber (2/7). I am currently level 34.
However, the Victiny research hasn't shown up in my special research tasks. What can trigger it?
