A list of puns related to "Sitting Bull Falls"
Like the title says. Looking to do a hike in the NM Guads this January and steering clear of CAVE and GUMO for various reasons. I canβt find any info from people who have actually done it. If youβve done it, what was it like? Scenic? Worth the 8+ miles of road walk?
> Billy Donovan, speaking via Zoom from Miami, said βwe need a hardship for a hardship right nowβ in regards to Stanley Johnson landing in protocols. > > Caruso wonβt play 8-10 minute stretches.
> Billy Donovan, via Zoom, saying this could speak to vaccination: βWeβve got a lot of guys sitting at home with no symptoms.β
>Bulls are fully vaccinated. Boosters have been offered to all players and staff members.
>Was told at least two players were completely shocked when they were called and told they tested positive. They felt fine and continue to feel fine.
>Donovan said some players do have mild symptoms.

Hello r/CanadaPublicServants,
I began working from home in March 2020. I used to be active, but my level of activity has dropped since the pandemic began. I no longer walk to and from the bus stop or up and down stairs at the office. I no longer have time to exercise during my lunch break because my wife is self-employed and has lost child care provided by her family. This means I need to watch our youngest during lunch so my wife can get some work done.
During the past few months, I developed pain in my lower back, right shoulder, and right leg. I recently underwent an ergonomic assessment, but its conclusion was my workstation and posture were fairly good. I also began physiotherapy, but it doesn't seem to be doing much. The only thing that helps is moving. It doesn't matter if I am standing up or sitting down, if I am not moving, the pain gets worse.
I'm growing concerned that I have AT LEAST 22 more years of working in front of a computer and am already experiencing these physical issues. Is anyone experiencing similar pains? Any tips or words of wisdom from public servants who are near the end of their careers?
Merci beaucoup !
EDIT: Thanks everyone for all the great tips and comments! Happy holidays, and stay healthy!
The choice was between their god and their lives, and the Sioux chose their god every time.
They lay in wait, behind shattered stone barricades and the charred husks of buildings, armed with nothing but their aging muskets and their dauntless faith against the inexorable advance of winter itself.
The city proper was congested, cramped, a veritable maze of death with streets so thin and so stifling that the Inuit had to leave their tanks and wade through the bloodbath on foot. Bayonets and bullets lashed out from every shadow. Every rooftop. Every single floor of every single building was bitterly wrested from the fingers of a people all too eager to die.
Relentless waves of human flesh emerging from nowhere, only to be mowed down in seconds. The deafening rumble of faraway artillery, answered with the twang of crossbows and the roar of musketry. Inuit squadrons, cornered in dim back alleys and slaughtered to the last man. Smoke, fire, darkness, sucking the air and the light and the hope out of the world.
What good is a God if he leads you to this?
The fall of the Sioux was a foregone conclusion. All the Inuit knew it. The fanatics who were annihilated as soon as they leapt screaming from their hiding places knew it. Sitting Bull, that obstinate fool hiding somewhere in this seething morass of a city, he had to know it too.
The Inuit saw the follies of a protracted siege, knew that holding all Mdewakantonwan would require the massacre of every last man, woman, and child who fought for their protector, and saw their path to victory.
Sitting Bull must die.
Or, rather, he couldnβt die. They needed him alive. They needed him captured. They needed him humiliated. They needed to break the will of his people.
The Inuit had secured a small swath of the city, a tenuous connection of buildings leading straight to the cityβs heart. To the Palace. To the only key for a lasting victory the Inuit would ever have.
The Cathedral was the final bastion of the Sioux. Straight out of the heart of the Renaissance, it was, twisting towers and elaborate gargoyles that stood, shining and pristine, untouched by the chaos unfurling around them.
And in them, the catacombs.
A network of tunnels so winding, so vast, so torturous that compared to them Mdewakantonwan seemed as open as the Great Plains. A million warriors could be hiding down there, in that labyrinthine deep, where the crushing darkness sapped away any advantage or comfort the Inuit could derive from their tec
