Hello! So I tried getting an online diagnosis from a therapist and learned the hard way that online sessions are not really the most accurate way of getting an evaluation (masking + repression) and diagnosis especially if the therapist doesn't specialize in ADHD.
I have reasons to suspect that I might have the aforementioned disorder and have not really had a peace of mind after being diagnosed Neurotypical (otherwise, why am I breaking down every other day feeling overwhelmed over simple tasks).
So I really want to get an ADHD assessment IRL but in that typical ADHD fashion I don't really know where to start. I'm not familiar with psychological/psychiatric/therapy clinics within my general area of Silang and DasmariΓ±as and Tagaytay. Though probably less of Tagaytay since Taal is, for lack of a better term and because (as my therapist said)I have a Quirky Personalityβ’, "going through a phase". (It is in unrest, that's what I'm saying).

I have some friends that live in this region (I'm from the US) and I'm trying to find a store, or chain where they can possibly buy vitamins, such as B-12, minerals like Iron and so on without it costing a lot of money and they aren't familiar with these types of things and I suspect stores are trying to rip them off.
So are there any commonly known chains or anything that sells vitamins and minerals at a fair price? For example here in the USA a bottle of 200-300 Vitamin B-12 pills is only about $10 / 500 PHP. One person was quoted as high as 3000 PHP for a 1 year Bottle of B-12 and Iron and that seemed way too high in my eyes.
