So Nunu is a 5 camp clearing jungler and he gets level 4 after doing scuttle, but since the exp on rift scuttler got reduced i thought that it would be better to do a 3 camp clear into a gank then do rift scuttler afterwards, since you wont get lvl 4 on scuttle after a 5 camp clear. I also think that nunu is going to be able to spam gank more since he already takes rift scuttler quite fast and now that the health will get reduced he can now take it much faster.
Currently in Plat 1 and mostly play Support and it seems like people just refuse to kill scuttlers. So many times I will start poking at a rift scuttler, and then our mid or top laner just walks on by leaving me to kill it. It takes you 2-3 seconds to kill this thing, but takes me like 20. It gives us vision, denies the other team vision, gives us a speed boost, and killing it gives gold and XP. For the love of god, just stop for 3 seconds and kill the scuttler.
Edit: Since people for some reason think I mean the 1:25 scuttler spawn, that's not what I mean. No, I don't want you to abandon your lane to go kill the first scuttler.
If you're trying to take Scuttle as Vex, know that it can actually apply Gloom by itself, due to it dashing once it reaches the end of the river.

Introducing the Scuttler!
There aren't many old vehicles in Jailbreak besides the Classic, so I created The Scuttler to fill that gap! The Scuttler is based on the Porsche 356 and can seat two players, a driver and a passenger. Its handling and offroading would be around that of the Classic but its speed would be similar to that of the Ray. It would be priced at 80,000 due to its decent speed and capacity for two characters.
The Scuttler's doors are closed until the driver exits the car, like the Airtail and Agent, for example. With a fully modeled interior, the Scuttler would support first-person driving.

Hello everyone, last year I, a yung diamond scuttle crab main created this scuttle crab guide to help and nurture other zoea (that's what baby crabs are called I think) to become adult crabs. Now that it is season 11, a lot has changed and I figured I'd create an updated guide, though a lot of the core information will stay the same. I have learned a lot since then and I hope I can provide more insight for the proper way to pilot this fickle yet steadfast crustacean.
WHO IS SCUTTLE CRAB (unchanged)
Scuttle crab is one of two crab type champions in League of Legends (the other being Urgot). The scuttle crab is a more advanced and ascended version of Urgot as he is part human while Scuttle Crab is full crab.
SHOULD YOU PLAY SCUTTLE CRAB/SCUTTLE CRAB PLAY STYLE (unchanged)

- Scuttle crab plays similarly to river Shen and Nubrac Teemo.
- While unfortunately doing about the same amount of champion damage as an ally team Yasuo, you can have some of the best map presence in the game.

Passive: Rift Scuttlers
There are in fact 3 scuttle crabs on summoners rift. Two in the rivers and rift herald. The rift herald is a scuttle crab who has become corrupted by the void, though the player is unable to control it.
Scuttle crab itself is a crazy busted character, and thus, Riot decided to impose numerous restrictions to balance it. Scuttle crabs can only spawn in the river and can not leave the river. Because they can never be in range of the shop, scuttle crab is unable to purchase any items. In addition, much like how Jax uses a lamppost to even the playing field, scuttle crab only spawn at 3:15, with a death timer of 2:30 after both are killed. Scuttle crab will also never be hostile.
Scuttle Crab in addition has -100% tenacity, meaning crowd control affects affected by tenacity last twice as long.
Q: Rift Run Range: infinite Cost: 0 cooldown: 0
Rift run is an evolved version of Kassadin’s rift walk. Upon reaching the end of the river, or being forced out of its habitat, Rift run may be cast. Upon casting, Scuttle crab quickly dashes back to the center of the river.
If a piece of honeyfruit is dropped nearby, rift run can also be cast to dash onto that honeyfruit
As Rift Run is a dash, it can not be cast while rooted or grounded.

Is it still possible to get the achievement and mount in SL?
Sometimes when I attack the scuttlers they hover a white flag above them but it doesn't seem to do anything ?
Does anybody knows what that is ? I'm googling but found no results
I swear I haven't been able to find a straight and proper answer. Someone told me that depending on which scuttler dies first ( top or bot ) the third one will spawn there but I swear to God I have killed the first scuttler top only for bot to spawn first.
Why is no one mentioning about rift scuttler sometimes doesn't even give you the speed boost or a really really delayed speed boost?
I am starting my journey towards a crab friend. Basically from scratch.. the characters I played in that xpac never went there.
