Can anyone here explain why almost every person near Balboa that I saw walking yesterday were walking without masks, but those in other areas are following mask guidelines much more strictly?
I mean I’m not kidding you. I drove from 19th street in CM where 90% of people were wearing masks, to the park and library near 17th where 90% weren’t (and this was a 5 min drive).

Have you guys seen him? I constantly see him riding down Baker Street and Bristol. He rides on the road, stops to talk to people, and takes off. I wouldn’t say he’s simply exercising, but looks like he enjoys life.
