A list of puns related to "Sacred Sword of the Patriots League"
Kaga has recently begun work on remaking the Sacred Sword of Silvanister so it can be up to date with the latest version of SRPG Studio. The remake is currently going through the play testing phase. You can download it here: https://ci-en.net/creator/11872/article/570288. I encourage you give Kaga some feedback to improve the experience. Here is a list of all the changes made in each version. Apologies if the text is a bit vague. I don't speak Japanese and just used DeepL to translate them.
Update: Kaga has said he also plans to remake Vestaria Saga: War of the Scions as well with similar changes.
General info
The game has been renamed Vestaria Saga II: The Sacred Sword of Silvanister as it feels more like a true sequel than a side story and to avoid confusing western players. Dangan Entertainment has confirmed the remake will be the final product for the English translation. Vestaria Saga II will also be renamed Vestaria Saga III to accommodate this change. Vestaria Saga III is stated to be the final chapter of the story.
The screen has been increased to a 1280 x 720 resolution.
The title screen art has been changed.
There is only one difficulty and there have been many adjustments made to accommodate this change.
At the end of the game, a screen will appear showing the number of battles a unit has fought, won and their EXP gain. It also shows the same for NPC units who have helped you throughout the game as well.
The game is overall easier.
You can now save anytime instead of every five turns.
Most of the music has been changed.
Battle lag is fixed.
EXP intake has been increased by 20.
The sound that plays when gaining stats during level-ups is the same as in VS1.
HP bars have been added to the map sprites. There are two types of HP bars to choose from and you can turn them off.
Untradeable items will no longer be sent to the stockpile if a unit's inventory is full.
Enemies can now use Canto after attacking.
Enemy AI has been adjusted so they no longer attack units if they calculate that they are unable to damage the unit. This has a significant effect on Chapters 12 and 20. For Chapter 12, the Distance Archers who use Flame Bows who are meant to be taken out by Bennett will target Laurec and the others stuck behind the cliff if Bennett's resistance is higher than 4. In Chapter 20, it is a lot more difficult to use your armored units to defend the walls.
Zade no longer starts with a Sh

Hey everyone,
To celebrate the launch of my third Weapons and Wielders book, Soulbrand, the first book in the series, Six Sacred Swords is currently available for free on Kindle!
Six Sacred Swords follows Keras Selyrian, a swordsman from a foreign land, as he explores the unfamiliar continent of Kaldwyn in search of allies and resources to help his homeland. Keras is a relatively powerful character from the start of the story, blending magic and swordplay in battle, but his lack of familiarity with the local land and magic system put him at a significant disadvantage. The story is heavily inspired by Japanese action/adventure games and RPGs like The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, and Ys. It's a story of magic, swashbuckling, bibliophile dragons, and talking swords.
Genre wise, I characterize Weapons & Wielders as progression fantasy (r/progressionfantasy), a relatively new subgenre title used to describe fantasy stories with a strong emphasis on a protagonist (or multiple protagonists) training to improve their abilities over time. While many stories include some elements of progression, the subgenre is characterized by having heroes focus on that as a major goal, with the progression being shown off screen and often clearly quantified in some way. Many (but not all) LitRPGs, xianxia novels, and shonen battle manga are types of progression fantasy. Basically, if you like seeing stories with a lot of training montages and characters learning how to use new spells and techniques, progression fantasy might interest you.
The first book in this series is a quick, light-hearted introduction with flashy anime-style combat and larger-than-life characters. As the series progresses, the books get longer and heavier, with more world building details and character development.
These books are related to my Arcane Ascension and War of Broken Mirrors books, but designed to be readable without having read those first. (Timeline wise, the main body of these stories takes place after the War of Broken Mirrors and before Arcane Ascension, but with a frame story that takes place after Arcane Ascension 2.) If you prefer to see a character's story in chronological order, you may want to read the War of Broken Mirrors first, but plenty of people start with my other se

Seems like Terrakion is the only useful one of the three, but as a rock type. Just confirming that's the case?
Edit: It appears Terrakion will actually be a decent fighting-type attacker as well, probably keeping SS for him and adding a second charge move myself. Thanks for the answers!

In terms of progression, Keras improves in several ways throughout the series. First off, he practices dominion sorcery. Dominion sorcerers utilize essence from their bodies to draw power from other planes - called dominions - to create magical effects. For example, flame sorcerers use body heat to call or shape fire. Keras is primarily a metal sorcerer, but practices flame and stone sorcery as well, and learns other types throughout the series.
He also improves through acquiring magical items, which is a bit more significant for him than most characters, because >!he has an inherent ability to pick up magic from items he carries, making him more powerful as he practices with different types of magical equipment!<.
There are other types of advancement as well, but they get deep into spoiler territory.
