That is probably the most brutal 3 game road trip anyone experiences this season, talk about a meat grinder. I think it also brought a lot of our expectations back down to earth, not to mention our record against the east. This team is not perfect and clearly needs to take that next step but I don't know how they make that happen.

I’ve been very big on the clean and press, I’ve even worked my way up to the double 40kg clean and press. Not going to lie, feel pretty good that I’m is a small number that does that around here..
Today I tried to do some long cycle with my double 24kg bells and boy was I fed some humble pie.. I had a goal of 20 reps, only got to 10 lol.. completely gassed!
To the few men and woman around here that post the jerk and completely nail out reps all I can say is RESPECT! I thought I was strong lol, god bless you people. Different world lol.
Earlier today, I joined a Daily Ops team. The leader and I were both high levels. When a low level player joined, the leader kicked them almost immediately. Not in my Appalachia. I left to make my own team, and invited the newbie who got kicked. One other person joined and just before we started, the leader from the previous team joined. Mr. Elitism was running a Bloodied sneak build and was getting messed up by the piercing gaze and explode on death enemies; I revived them twice and they had to respawn a couple times. The newbie only died once and we got Elder rank.
Tldr; don't be a jerk
I went to my first comp yesterday with some folks from my gym and was blown away by the ability of many of the people there. I'd like to start really working on my CrossFitting more seriously, and want a dedicated program I can follow as I feel that going to classes is a bit too sporadic and not structured enough to make serious progress. In the wiki I saw these programs listed, but was wondering if any of ya'll can recommend one of them specifically. Thanks!
