I like Endless Smile, but wish I had some options to customise the reverb or delay a bit. I really love the one knob option to automate, as it makes it so much quicker than automating 5 or so from multiple effect plug ins lol
(SIDE NOTE) I do know about the famous Bass Kleph ableton chain, but I’m actually on FL Studio
Does anyone get that like where you can’t read the subtitles on the tv kind of blurred vision but you can kind of squint to see other stuff ? Also a REVEB sound effect where all sounds or most sounds especially high pitched sounds have this strange reverb / echo / + flange effect ? It sounds so familiar but no one else mentions either of these … but it felt so familiar like and seemed to connect to everything else
I have tried different reverb effects and they are good, but they are not very conventional for the style of music we do here, so I ask you this question in case you could recommend any effect that could go well with respect to the ambience that a music with it The Caretaker style, any options they offer will be appreciated.

So I tend to have sounds in my track that I EQ first thing, and then I add reverb at the end. Sometimes, particularly when I’m recording hardware synths with the outputs going into hardware reverb, I make EQ adjustments at the end when the reverbed sound is recorded already and on a mixer track. I googled and people are saying reverb should always be done after EQ, which would mean I would have to mix in the heat of the creative moment when I’m producing and THEN proceed to create a reverb send/return track to then record the hardware reverb over my audio after? That sounds so tedious and just the thought of doing all that irritates me lol. Does it really matter? By EQing, I mean simply removing bad frequencies, light boosting and low/high cuts. I’m not an engineer, but I always try and make my tracks sound as clear as possible. I understand that you wanna add reverb after applying distortion or what not, but am I really hindering my mix by how I’m doing it?
I can't find it online anywhere, but I saw this video on YouTube. This guy plays in a room about the size of a basketball court, IIRC. It has these horns and weird cone shapes on the walls and it makes the guitar sound AMAZING: it gives it a natural reverb and chorus effect.
If anyone can help me find this video, that would be awesome.
