A list of puns related to "Pushβpull output"
Say the gap is increased. All else being equal including the input voltage source, should we expect the secondary voltage to go down as the primary inductance goes down?
Hi! I'm currently working on a project using the SA828 VHF radio transciever. In the circuit, the audio coming from the radio must be connected to a line level audio input on a sound card. However, the audio output is made for a 8 ohm speaker, and the speaker connections are set up as push-pull (one pin does the top half of the waveform, while the other does the bottom half, allowing a relative polarity flip without requiring a negative voltage source). How do I convert from the push-pull output to a line-level output suitable for a sound card? Thanks in advance!
Hello /r/AskElectronics,
I am working on building a headphone amplifier using bits from several different projects. The power stage is a simple split rail virtual ground circuit using a TLE2426 currently driven by a power supply, though designed to run on two seriesed 9V batteries. The amplification stage is a simple op amp circuit based on the CMoy amp from Tangentβs page, though the desing is pretty common among many different projects. Both the power and the amplifier stage work perfectly (I have also used a simple resistor voltage divider instead of the TLE2426 and it also works fine, and has the same issues listed below). The issue I am running into is with the output stage.
The amp works perfectly when driving headphones directly off the op amp, but when getting to higher volumes starts to clip once the output current gets greater than the op amp can handle. To solve that I decided to add a push pull transistor circuit to increase the current. I have tried two different setups, both using diode biasing, but with slightly different capacitor arrangments. What is setup on the breadboard pics below if this circuit, but I originally built it using this one. In both cases I am getting the same issues. When I plug in the trans circuit it draws as much current as I allow it. I am using a current-limiting PS, but whatever I set the cutoff to, it will immediately saturate it even without any input from the op amp (or without out it even connected for that matter). I am feeding it 18V, but in the previous pic, the power supply has dropped the voltage in order to stay in the CC cap. It does output audio (sort of), but I have to max the input out and what it does output has somehow erased any gain the op amp created, and sounds god-awful with tons of distortion.
I have tried testing it with a DMM and my scope, but canβt seem to track down what the issue is.
As a side note, any help on good settings for viewing audio on a Rigol DS1054z would be much appreciated. Currently I have it set to AC coupling, high res acquisition, with a 1ms time base. I can see the signal but it is not all that clean or smooth like I would expect, even when feeding it a pure frequency.
Anyways, I have been scratching my head because this is a really comm
... keep reading on reddit β‘Why it matters: I think a lot of people, especially in developed countries, take for granted the implicit "safety" that comes with living in first or even second world countries. However, people should be reminded of the dangers of not being able to manage ones own mass as it can still lead to very dangerous situations for themselves and others.
My thought process comes from people near ledges falling and catching the edge, but not being able to do a single pull-up. Or falling on subway tracks and being stuck without assistance. And in general it is deceptively easy to get stuck in other potentially life threatening situations, even here in the U.S.
My rule of thumb is "able to do one". You should be able to do: one pull-up, one tricep extension or "dip", one pushup, run for 5 minutes etc. I know the last isn't a "one" rule but you get the idea. This isn't meant to be pandering, many people these days cannot tick these all boxes and you don't have to run a triathlon to deem yourself "survival ready", but for your own day to day safety being able to manage your bodyweight for at least one good heave might be the difference between life and death someday. Stay healthy to stay safe!
Edit: reuploaded for title correction
Edit 2: There seems to be some confusion. I'm simply trying to point out that the world isn't as safe as people think it is. I am not judging anybody who can't do 30 pull-ups, I'm pointing out that regardless of how safe you feel it helps being able to pull yourself out of a sticky situation. Didn't think that'd be a controversial take but apparently "take care of yourself cause you never know what'll happen" is judgemental now?
words cannot explain how helpful you guys are.
I've always been highly skeptical of options considering how manipulated the stock price is, and the fact that the price almost always stays dead center in max pain especially after these options pushes happen on our sub.
Think about it. They push options all day and get everyone hyped about them, then AH they spoke the price to further solidify to those that read about options that now is the time to buy before it skyrockets, then the next day they crash the price back down from AH and fuck everybody who bought short terms in b-hole.
This is why I've been against playing options especially when the sub pushes them, it's any easy way for the opposition to gain some liquidity and cash while fucking over apes.
Buy. DRS. Hodl. It's all that really matters.
OK, I've been using git for close to a year now, but I still don't understand much of the text that git prints to screen after you do a git push or pull. For example:
Counting objects: 8, done.
Delta compression using up to 24 threads.
Compressing objects: 100% (6/6), done.
Writing objects: 100% (6/6), 2.69 KiB | 0 bytes/s, done.
Total 6 (delta 3), reused 0 (delta 0)
To <removed git repo address>
86755a1..380b5f0 master -> master
Can someone explain these lines? In particular, all of the delta and objects stuff. I'm not sure what it means by reused either. Thanks so much!
UPD: solved - it's "Rexx"
Hi Friends!
I found one of the users at my site submits snippets in the language I can't recognize neither effectively google. Could anyone please enlighten me? Thanks in advance!
Example:
pull n
s = ''
do n
pull x k
r = 1
do k
r = (r + x / r) * .5
end
s ||= r' '
end
say s
I have one mic I run for Warzone and also capture it into my Twitch stream. Warzone does not carry push-to-mute functionality, only push-to-talk. I'd like to be able to duplicate the mic input so I can hotkey a push-to-mute on the mic that feeds into Warzone. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
An individual HEX code for each image*
Is this possible/has anyone here had any experience doing something similar?
At the moment I'm working on my server-side NodeJS app on my laptop. I got a Raspberry PI that's serving the NodeJS app for the rest of the house.
But in order to get updated files from my laptop: I push changes to GitHub, then I need to connect to the PI via SSH and git pull the new stuff.
Does anybody know of a better alternative? Maybe something more automated. I'm sure I'm complicating myself here.
Not sure how to describe this question, so it was difficult searching for similar quesitons.
Thanks!
I was wondering if itβs possible to achieve a look like that with bodyweight excercises, and I mean without performing them weighted but just bodyweight, more like a prison workout. https://i.imgur.com/gN4x7mr.jpg
Of course in this particular case, a clean diet is essential, Iβm aware of that.
All in all, he seems to have a pretty good chest, decent arms and possibly a lagging back, so my main doubt is that dips and push ups can give you that kind of chest.
I was thinking of something like that:
Chest: push ups (incline, wide, ring pushups), dips, ring flies
Back: pull ups (regular, neutral, wide, chin ups, narrow chin ups), rows (regular rows, wide rows, ring rows)
Shoulders: already working with pull ups, push ups and dips. Maybe lateral raises and facepulls
Arms: already working with chest and back excercises. Maybe ring curls and diamond push ups once a week
Legs: squats, deadlifts, pistol squats
Abs: various excercises
I donβt want to be any bigger than that. Do you think itβs possible or should I add weighted stuff, maybe only as regards chest?
Is it possible to get a Vertical GPU Bracket that will still fit into the O11 Dynamic XL if I have an EK-CoolStream XE 360 Running in Push - Pull
I have a picture of this being possibly done but cant tell if that is and XE or PE on the bottom.

If anyone can tell me if this is possible and if so what vertical bracket
Sorry if this question has been asked before but I cant find a definitive answer
I can't tell if this is a me being problem or some sort of sick joke that Tim Robinson had planned
My new cpu cooler has 2 fans and I was wondering if I should run it with a pull/pull configuration or a push/pull config?
