A list of puns related to "Procedure code"
The Question (TL;DR):
I'm making a PyQt program both for fun with my friends, and to put on GitHub to show programming experience for employers/recruiters. I wanted to make the text of a couple QLabels in my program have text outlines, and found a class written by someone on SO that achieves that effect. Is it enough to write a docstring at the top of that file (and as part of my program and repo README's) citing that classes' author, link for the code post, and a clear statement saying that they were the author of this specific class in my code? Or do I need to get in touch with that author/do more to cite that class? Should I just avoid this QLabel visual effect all together regardless of citation since I couldn't figure out how to do it on my own?
***The Context***
So I recently graduated from uni and my main career goal is to officially develop, release, and sell a game I've been working on since highschool. In the meantime, I wanted to test out if some of the concepts/mechanics were sound, and I DM for my friends for D&D so I homebrewed a custom version of D&D with the characters, mechanics, and story beats as a form of play testing (they are aware of this, and have been very supportive!). I wanted to make a digital and automated character sheet using PyQt in place of our printed one. While all the logic, concepts, layouts, etc. have all been made entirely by myself using the PyQt library, I wanted to make the text for a couple Qlabels have text outlines (not label border, but character outlines). When I was looking up what PyQt tool(s) I could use to achieve that effect, I found the exact same question I was asking here on SO and someone had given a great answer in the form of a class they wrote. I'm still totally new to PyQt and wherever I looked, the approach to getting that same appearance basically had to be custom made using more or less the same steps/concepts as this class.
***The Full Question:***
Since I obviously didn't write this one QLabel-related class, I put it in its own file and wrote a docstring at the top stating that this class in specific was not written by me, but by user XXX on SO, and I also included a link to the specific post where they offered their class. I also included this class's citation in my program's README file. Based on this context, is my citation of author and link sufficient or is there additional attribution I would have to give or direct permission I should ge

On a Phone:
-Disable WiFi, instead use mobile data
-Connect with USA-West via VPN app (I used "Free VPN" on iOS and "Windscribe" on Android)*skip this step if you're an US resident*
-Open the website http://q-r.to/waytogogiveaway (seems to always redirect to the recent working redeem-website)
-Put in your credentials
-Done
On a PC/Mac/Linux (thanks alot /u/Bennguyen2 and /u/thehatteryone <3):
-Use you preferred VPN Service (There are some free ones, I used "TouchVPN" which is free and multiplattform)
-Set your VPN location to the US
-Start Firefox, Chrome or Edge
-Head to http://q-r.to/waytogogiveaway
-Press F12 on your keyboard (Not sure about that on Mac, the goal is to open the Developer mode of your browser)
-Now click the button that looks like a phone and/or a tablet
-A new Phone-shaped window inside of your browser should open
-Press F5 to reload the page if the page keeps being black
-Put in your credentials
-Done
In both cases you don't need a verizon account or a US resident phone number.
If you got a Googlemail Account, you can use it twice! Example: bidoof123@gmail.com and bidoof123@googlemail.com . Thanks to /u/GildedCreed for that info! <3
You will get an E-Mail with your personal promo-code in it. This code can used only once and be activated in the ingame-shop of PoGo when you use Android. If you're an iOS user, check out Niantic's redeem website here https://rewards.nianticlabs.com/pokemongo/ . You will receive 2x raid passes, 1 lucky egg, 1 incense and 20 pokeballs. I will edit this post in case they close the giveaway or something changes:)
Happy hunting!
Troubleshoot:
-If there is a message like "out of codes", just try it again in a few hours or on the next day.
-Windscribe seems to cause problems on some devices. If you use android and cannot access the website, try PandaVPN instead; also free.
- "We cant verify that you are a human" Error: For me on iOS it worked to tab out of my browser into the VPN app and back to the browser. If the error occurs again, just tab out to your VPN app again and back to the browser. May sound weird and too simple but i needed to to this step two times until the er

Hi,
I would be looking for a book that gives me step by step instructions about how to build a code to solve the hydrodynamic problem of a floating 6 dof body (preferably in Python). I would want to write a panel code and then solve the boundary value problem, with potential flow theory.
My aim would be to calculate the hydrodynamic coefficients (added mass, damping), the hydrodynamic forces and then the response of a floating body.
I know that there are software available out there, but writing my own small code would give me more confidence when using commercial software.
Would you be so kind to give me some suggestions?
Thanks
Hello,
I am a medical coder. I have never done anything on the billing side, so I don't know if this happens a lot or not. We got the results from an outside audit company and it was noted in the auditor's comments that for one procedure, a different CPT code was billed out than the one I used. The one I used was correct according to the auditor. What could have happened here?
One reason it unsettles me is because this facility frequently sends me emails from the billing/processing/denials department(s) and asks me to review my coding or straight up change the codes - for a variety of reasons. I carefully consider what they are asking me to do and if the documentation supports what they need, then I am happy to change it. If not, I politely reply that I cannot do what they are asking and explain why. In my time coding for facilities, I haven't been asked to review my coding nearly as much as here. In fact, it very rarely happened.
Another reason is because I was recently involved in a discussion about using one CPT code over another. After much research and discussion by several people, the evidence and documentation supported the code I initially assigned. I was asked to change it and I declined and explained again why I could not do it. The HIM manager ended up changing the code and finalizing the account. If this was an isolated incident, I'd not have a second thought about it, but it's not.
It probably sounds like I am an incompetent coder, but that truly is not the case. As coders, all we have is our integrity and once that is tarnished, there's no going back. Maybe you're thinking I am stubborn and always want my way. That's not true - I want things done the correct way.
Thanks for reading. I can get on with my work now that I have that off my chest.
So I couldn't find a document of this anywhere so I decided to take the liberty of extracting the text from the "Codes & Procedures Handbook" released with the Shadowkeep Collector's Edition. Feel free to use it for your own reference. You can find the scanned images here. Let me know if there are any typos or mistakes in it and I will update it. It's a pretty important booklet and has a lot of interesting lore and science pertaining to the K1 Anomaly and the Clovis Bray company that you may find interesting. Happy reading!

This code worked for me before, but since then I have altered the code so that it copies and pastes for three ranges on separate sheets. To do this, I had to duplicate the CreateJPG module to to create three modules that do the same thing for different ranges. It's supposedly a site where you can look up a medical procedure and see the going rate for it. I tried going to the site, but it seems you can only access it if it's part of your policy or something?
If you have access, I was wondering if you could look up two things:
Also, if you happen to know the codes for these procedures, please let me know! I'm in SoCal, if that matters.
