Principality of Chernigov Puns

Zeon's strategy of developing the next superweapon instead of mass-producing the best available weapons they could at the time (quality over quantity) allowed the Federation to overtake them with the RX-78 series and the GMs derived from them (initially quality, and later on quantity). Lore-wise, you hear this all the time: "Had Zeon mass-produced the [Gelgoog, Zeong, whatever Mobile Armor] just several weeks earlier, they would have won the OYW".

Since Zeon's MS/MA matched and later outclassed the RX-78 series, I'd have to agree. Although Zeon lost many of their aces to the White Devil of the Federation, I'd bet that (Newtype) rookies in the Zeong and MA could have made up for their numerical disadvantage. Char alone takes out hordes of enemies in the Zeong, and he's not even that powerful of a Newtype.

Zeon was on its last legs, of course, but I'd imagine after the Solar Ray attack, the Federation was as well.

I was just playing a game where I was messing around with anything and everything (with cheats, ofc course), and I wasn't really doing anything in Russia, and then I realized that... How in the hell did Chernigov get Byzantium as their junior partner (keep in mind Byzantium was still powerful when I was playing this, and also I think it's important to note that Chernigov and Byzantium were not in an alliance). How could this have happened? (just curious)

A Ruthenian revolter nation releasable by Lithuania, Chernigov's ideas are well suited to build a large and stable empire.

While they're no Ottomans, Prussia or Mughals, their ideas are very solid indeed. What really sticks out to me is the additional states as the first idea. If you're planning a Ruthenia game or want a "different" Russia run, perhaps consider starting as Chernigov.

Ancoult will be the starter city for a D&D game im putting way too much attention and work into. I plan on having this printed out, stained to look like a real map, rolled up and sealed with a proper wax seal. Itll be a nice thing to give to the players once they order a map from the cartographer.

While the relationship with neighbouring kingdoms and states of the Teutonic Order, Sweden, Poland or Hungary were possibly the main part, did they attempted rear alliances or relations with the Holy Roman Empire, the Papacy, France or even the Latin Empire; or were they always overshadowed by ties with Constantinople?

I’ve always been told fleeing Byzantines bringing their texts to Italy after the fall of the empire is what kickstarted the renaissance, but I’ve always wondered, why Italy? Especially after the schism and bad blood that must have still existed from the fourth crusade, was it just a proximity thing?

i always though red and gold/yellow was the colors for the logo of the principality of zeon ?

but i just looked up the zeon flag today, and there is no gold/yellow on it?

am i wrong to associate the colors red and gold/yellow with principality of zeon ?

The Principality of Kaltsburg, due to recent economic growth, construction boom and population growth, has decided expand its territory into new biomes and territories, mainly for farming (as almost all of the farmlands in Mainland Kaltsburg were removed to make space for the towns).

Here is the newly-claimed territory. A third (and second Kaltsburgisch) settlement is currently under construction.

Any former resident of Varsany will be granted Kaltsburgisch citizenship if requested and if any former citizen of Varsany contacts us within a month they may be granted special autonomy in the island of Varsany.

Also reminder that one of our towns is undergoing a big marketplace creation (with some buildings already finished) and we're seeking for merchants to settle in, with the first three months being rent-free.

After a tumultuous fifteenth century the Principality of Wallachia is a vassal of the Ottomans in all but name. Although granted a large degree of autonomy by the Ottomans, Wallachia must still pay a large tribute to the Sultan in the form of gold and men. However, perhaps the greater threat to stability in the Principality is the internal politics between the ruling House of Drăculești and the various boyars under it. The most influential of these families is House Craiovești which itself rules Oltenia with a large degree of autonomy. The current ruler is Prince Radu IV the Great who has thus far manged to keep the realm stable since coming to power in 1495 balancing the Ottomans and his scheming noblemen.

My goals for the Principality of Wallachia are to maintain my autonomy from the Ottoman Empire, whilst trying to prevent the rise of House Craiovești. Rather I wish to reign in my Boyars much like Ivan IV, and hopefully attempt to centralize my realm. I also want to continue to balance the Catholic and Orthodox churches as many Princes of Wallachia did in the past and future. I'm not fully certain whether I want to fully work against the Ottomans, and my nature towards them will differ from ruler to ruler along with the circumstance at the time.
