I actually like the design and name more than the real thing

Just me?

It looks like a legit club logo. Probably the only unlicensed logo they’ve put that much effort into.

I wanted to get a pulse from ya'll on wines from higher elevation Piedmont. I fell in love with wines from this region in Piedmont in 2019 (Gattinara, Ghemme, Bramaterra) and drank it any chance I could get.

I personally think it is akin to a Burgundian style Barolo/Barbaresco, but would love to hear your thoughts.

Cosa particolare: suo nonno faceva lo stesso lavoro, cento anni fa:

The Gran Piemonte is the second step of the "autumn triptyque" and, like the other two races making it up, it is organized by RCS Sport. This race was known as Giro del Piemonte for more than a century; its name was changed in 2009. Despite its long history and its prestige, this race has had a troubled few years to the point that it disappeared from the calendar in 2013 and 2014 for financial reasons. RCS, who had organized this race for several decades in the past, picked it up again and things have looked safer since. As its name suggests, this race takes place in Piemonte (Piedmont), the region surrounding Turin.

A glance of the list of previous winners might have you wonder just what the hell is up with this race- in the span of a few years, both Nizzolo and Bernal won it?! The thing is, Gran Piemonte changes its course every year, showcasing the variety of different landscapes Piedmont has to offer. This is a guarantee that the race never gets stale, but at the same time, it means it also lacks a strong identity, as there are no iconic features to look forward to.
