I'll be honest, when I saw that this guy was in 'King Richard' I had a brief moment where I was afraid they'd somehow inserted Patrick Mouratoglou into the story.

Patrick Mouratoglou

Every time this guys name is brought up around a third of the comments are about how he gives off such a slimy vibe and that he’s arrogant and what not. Can someone elaborate on this further? His Instagram is a goldmine for rec players like myself and I think his ability to clearly identify and correct inefficiencies from player to player is not an easy thing to do at all and he makes it very accessible to anyone.

Patrick Mouratoglou in a recent Bloomberg interview said that average age of tennis fan is 61 years. Is it true?

If it is, then tennis is seriously going to suffer after Big three & Serena's retirement. And it makes sense why people say that Naomi Osaka is very important for the sport. What do you guys think about it?

Btw, US women's singles final has created a lot of buzz among non tennis watchers too. So that's a positive thing. But what about men's tennis after Big 3?

Has anyone seen the Netflix docuserie The Playbook with the episode about Patrick Mouratoglou?

The Playbook is a docuserie about coaches, I only watched the episode about Mouratoglou and I thought it was interesting especially the part about the players’ confidence and his relation with Baghdatis

Patrick Mouratoglou on Nadal: his footwork is so far from what it was before. He’s much slower. And he knows it.

Here's the link to the article in which Mouratoglou discusses Nadals problems:

http://www.si.com/tennis/2016/01/20/rafael-nadal-patrick-mouratoglou-australian-open

I'm curious as to what people think of this, as I have been watching Nadal a lot recently and in my opinion he is still just as fast as he ever was, in fact it's still one of the few things winning him points. I don't feel as if his footwork and speed are the problems but the pace, depth and power of his groundstrokes (particularly his forehand)

What's everyone elses opinion here?
