Is my Paleozoic Olenoides forced to special summon itself from the graveyard as soon as a trap card is activated?

Since it doesn't say "You CAN special summon..."

  1. Also, i notice that Paleozoic Dinomischus used to not say the "You can" but got an errata and it now DOES say "You can" - so does that mean Dinomischus also used to be forced to sp. Summon but NOW gets the choice, after the errata?

Plasma VS Paleozoic Anomalocaris

If i have Plasma on the field, and my opponent summons Paleozoic Anomalocaris (its effect says: " This card is unaffected by other monsters' effects. Once per turn, if a Trap Card(s) is sent from your Spell & Trap Zone to the Graveyard (except during the Damage Step): You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Trap Card, add it to your hand. Otherwise, send it to the Graveyard. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if this card has a Trap Card as Xyz Material: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it. "), does Plasma negate the effect of Paleozoic being unaffected by other monster's effect?Or in this situation, Paleozoic will be able to activate its effect of excavating the top card of the deck, since it will be unaffected by Plasma's effect?

Any indication whether or not we’ll get Paleozoic animals?

I feel like previous prehistoric zoo games haven’t given pre-Mesozoic animals the love they deserve (besides Dimetrodon). I’d really love to see gorgonops, the late Carboniferous giant bugs, and maybe a trilobite mini-exhibit. Plus, if they ever add fully aquatic animals, it would be cool to get Dunkleosteus, the giant orthocone, and maybe a giant sea scorpion

Paleozoic/Mesozoic maps

I want to buy some good quality poster maps of the world for my nephews. #2 Nephew has started getting opinionated about geological eras/periods ("No mum, Dimetrodon would not have fought Stegosaurus") and his little brother copies everything he does, so he is too. Sort of.

Can anyone recommend some good poster maps for the world for Devonian - Eocence? A4 or A3 would be great. I'm aware that there's significant continental shift and sea level within any given period, but there's no need to overthink this for a 10 year old who has expressed an interest on putting his various archeosaur (and fish and arthropod) stickers on the right maps.

[Volcanic Timelord Paleozoic Cubic Deck Profile] It's VolCANic, not VolCAN'Tic, Konami!

Volcanic Timelord Paleozoic Cubic - this is not a joke.

The pile I will show you now is the most genuine Volcanic deck out there and I will prove why:

https://preview.redd.it/q7eqz2skeun71.png?width=755&format=png&auto=webp&s=71d06269ac694b6b01b8a9c973386551db630079

Context

Volcanics in 2021? Recently, I decided to take part in a tournament hosted by the Mekk-Knight Discord server (best server btw) and was randomly alloted Volcanic as the archetype to play. So instead of playing a YouTube netdeck that could easily date back to 2015, I wanted to play an actual Volcanic deck - this means (almost) no things that do not revolve around or help Volcanics (which was also in line with the tourney idea).

That said, I will explain why this deck makes too much sense by talking about the Volcanics first - followed by explanations for each card/engine from the deck in order.

The Volcanic archetype

This archetype has a plethora of support - so much support that there is a staggering amount of 3, maybe 3.5 playable cards in total. This means that the archetype does not ever need new cards. A fact supported by all the insane generic FIRE/Pyro support in the game like Charcoal Inpachi. It is said that if you use copies of said card as fuel, your grilled barbecue will be awesome - unlike your deck using it.

To keep it simple: Volcanic Scattershot goes boom-boom like the Combustion Man Sparky Sparky Boom Man in Avatar, Volcanic Shell gives you fodder for draws and generally cards for your hand, while Volcanic Rocket searches the broken trap Blaze Accelerator Reload, which enables Scattershot and Shell, while having no OPT clause whatsoever. Reload clearly has more than enough good targets to discard and enable thanks to how stacked this archetype is.

And because all of this is true, we are going to support every single trait these Volcanic cards have by playing non-Volcanic cards. Did you know the standard Volcanic player is called Max? - Why? Because life...is Payne.

**What I want to do with this deck
