TLDR: PC Crashes on Boot with Page Fault In Non Paged Area Error, even on clean install
Alright, major brownie points to whoever can help me resolve this. Basically, my PC crashes during the Windows logo boot screen with "Page Fault In Non Paged Area".
Previously, when I was on an older version of Windows 10, I had no issues with my PC. It would boot, run, and stay online forever without issue. I believe it was the 20H2 update (or something like that) that began to cause issues.
Basically, anytime this update would be installed, my PC would crash with this error, and then Windows would rollback the update, and everything would be fine. I went through this cycle many times, and eventually gave up on updates. It eventually got to the point where my installation was so out of date, Windows would force me to install the update, then crash on boot, rollback, and then again force the update in another 2 days. This was my hell for a while.
Eventually, I looked through the dump files from the crashes, and it named Intel Management Engine as the culprit. I uninstalled this driver, ran the update, and it actually booted after the update... for about 30 minutes, then crashed with the same issue. At this point, I was also locked out of Startup Repair & System Restore, as the recovery would not recognize my Microsoft password as correct, despite me using that very same password to log onto my MS account on my laptop without issue. And so, I threw my hands up and decided to wipe everything and do a clean install of the latest version of Windows 10. After the initial installation, I have again been greeted by my friend "Page Fault in Non Paged Area", so now I am truly lost.
I have read that this may be caused by faulty RAM, but I also run a Hackintosh installation on a separate SSD, and have no issues on that side of things.
Any help is appreciated.
Hey guys, I know this problem was asked a couple of times now, but after searching and reading for 2 Days about this topic, I couldn't find anything that helped. Thats why I wanted to ask it here for my specific case.
My Setup is the following:
HP Elitedesk 800 G2 Mini
Before I got this PC I looked at the HCL and saw that it worked fine, so I went ahead and bought it. Now I have the following problem.
I verified and then installed (via Linux Terminal) the ISO for Qubes 4.0.4 on my 128GB SanDisk Gen3.2 USB (I know its overkill but its the only one I had around) and wanted to boot from it. At first it didn't want to boot at all, so I switched into legacy mode and tried again. After that I was in a loop where it gave me the following screen, over and over again.
I edited the pictures so you guys could read it more easily.

I tried everthing in the UEFI with basically every setting. I also installed the ISO a couble times with diffrent settings and tried it with a another NVMe Drive where Windows 10 was intstalled but nothing worked.
Help would be extremly appreciated and thank you a loot for your answers
> Be not me, DM, various and sundry other PCs, and the party warlock
> Be me, Theodore Ignatius Pryce, Rogue Monster Hunter Extraordinaire
> Join party of adventurers as they begin to explore haunted castle, right as they are attacked
> Leap into fray because Theo fears nothing
> Absolutely annihilate a few rugs that have come alive and are trying to kill us, NBD
> After fight is over, other adventurers are impressed by the debonair hunter
> Except warlock, warlock is a little cuckoo
> First question she asks everyone she meets is "why is a raven like a writing desk?"
> Has never received answer, believes it's unsolvable
> Comes up to Theo
> "Why is a raven like a writing desk?"
> Theo blinks
> "Well I suppose it's because they both have quills!"
> Theo walks off humming a tune
Hi,
I keep getting BSOD frequently when playing games.
Analyzing the dmp files the cause seems to be amdppm.sys but I'm no expert.
CPU: 5800x
MoBo: Aorus Pro V2 B550
Windows 11
Nothing is overclocked except the Infinity Fabric at 1933MHz, but that is tested and stable. Anyway it did it even when not overclocked.
Any ideas?
