NY Resident that owns Property in PA - Can I own build an AR-Pistol?
Iβve built and have a 16β barrel AR in my PA home. Can I build an AR pistol or do I need a license / permit for that?
I was hoping to build an 5.56 AR with a 11.5 barrel with a brace rather than stick to avoid it being an SBR. I have a stripped lower and there are some good sales for inexpensive PSA kits.
