Since I had my smart meter installed in July Octopus have (kind of) stopped billing me.
My bill prior to the smart meter being installed was every month paid by direct debit.
Once I had my smart meter installed it took them until October to bill me (after me sending several emails).
The bill was from 1st Jul 2021 — 21th Oct 2021 and was £195 which I couldn't afford, they eventually knocked 50% off as a goodwill gesture and I paid the rest.
It is now 8th December and I still haven't had a bill generated since the October one and it is clearly going to be another huge billing gap resulting in another unaffordable bill.
Where do I stand on this as I can't afford these huge bills right now and it's clearly not my fault?
