Hello,

Background: I'm 29 year old, 190 cm height, 105 kg weight. No medications except nosal spray. Smoker (~1 pack per week). I have a bit higher blood pressure. 140/80. Living in Baltics.

Symptoms: For last 6 months I'm having strange head aches. They come up around once per month. My nose isn't running or blocked, but once I apply nosal spray, nose starts running for few minutes and head ache disappears within few hours.

Should I be concerned? Am I delaying bigger problem this way? Should I contact the doctor and if so, what field specialist should it be? Has anyone else encountered similar symptoms?

Have you seen the reports going around saying something like "Ever Use Someone Else’s Password? Go to Jail, says the Ninth Circuit"? This is completely wrong and going way overboard, and I'm going to explain why really simply because I'm not a very smart man.

There is an opinion in the Current Case that everyone is talking about that says the following:

NOSAL L’Heureaux (“FH”), who remained at Korn/Ferry at Nosal’s request. The question we consider is whether the jury properly convicted Nosal of conspiracy to violate the “without authorization” provision of the CFAA for unauthorized access to, and downloads from, his former employer’s database called Searcher.1 Put simply, we are asked to decide whether the “without authorization” prohibition of the CFAA extends to a former employee whose computer access credentials have been rescinded but who, disregarding the revocation, accesses the computer by other means.

Brekka, 581 F.3d 1127 (9th Cir. 2009), and reiterate our holding here: “[A] person uses a computer ‘without authorization’ under [the CFAA] . . . when the employer has rescinded permission to access the computer and the defendant uses the computer anyway.” Id. at 1135. This straightforward principle embodies the common sense, ordinary meaning of the “without authorization” prohibition.

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
