A list of puns related to "NFI Group"
I haven't seen anything on NFI group here. I do have a position that was acquired in November. Up 65% since then.
Today they released guidance up to 2025. The growth estimates are ambition going from 2.9B to 4.1B in a matter of a few years. That being said it's a company that has a long successful track record.
The highlight being its ZEB (electric) revenue as a percentage of manufacturing sales line item. Obviously this area right now has seen significant positive investor sentiment, some would say even overblown.
The reason I choose NFI to begin with though was for its entrance into that area. It's not some speculative carmaker or battery marker with no history. Metro transit is already an established business segment and will continue to be in Canada due to our poor train infrastructure. It seemed like a safer pick to me at the time.
Take your own time to look and read the financial statements. I thought id bring this forward since I don't see it anywhere.
Looks like they will be focused on Zero-emission buses going forward and the stock is starting to run. Smart move.
Highlights from NFI's Investor Day include:

Hiya peeps,
I thought I'd write up a little piece about warnings that I look out for in companies β 'red flags' if you will. These are issues I've seen in my few years of investing that make me look a little deeper into the company to assess risk.
Finding a red flag in a company doesn't necessarily render the investment as 'bad'. However, I've often found other governance concerns when digging a little deeper. These red flags are not always waved in your face, some are easier than others to spot β this is our job when diligently following companies to assess risk profile. Although undesirable when they appear in long term investments, these red flags can also land the company in a trading suspension, locking trader's capital away.
I've provided a few examples of companies below that I see displaying red flags.
I'm not recommending you sell (or buy, for that matter autists) any of the companies mentioned. I'm simply suggesting that when you spot a red flag, it can warrant further investigation.
When you see more red flags associated with a company than in a North Korean parade, take your money and runβ¦
Usual disclaimers: NFA, DYOR, IMO, NFI.
So, what are some red flags we should be looking out for?
The most important requirement of listed companies on the ASX is 'continuous disclosure': timely and accurate release of information to the market that may be expected to have an impact on its share price or value.
Sounds simple right?
ASX publishes a 90-page guidance doc that can help with interpreting disclosure rules.
Quite simply, investors in a company expect (and have a right) to know about information that can (or will) affect the value of their shares. Without full and timely disclosure, the integrity of the whole market suffers (i.e. it becomes an uneven playing field).
If the company doesn't disclose information, how would we even know about it?
Sometimes it gets found out through later announcements, where the timing or sequence of events doesn't quite line up, or the company has twisted it's tales into a knot that can't be undone easily. Information can also be extracted from the company through an ASX query (as in our example below).

Lots of things happened in crypto during 2021. NFTs went mainstream, Bitcoin is now a recognized currency thanks to El Salvador, and China banned Bitcoin for the 143rd time.
But I want to take a look at Digibyte specifically. Take a look at the progress, partnerships, companies building on DGB and more. I'm going to try my best to keep these things in chronological order.

Do your worst!
It really does, I swear!
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies π

Picture this. Youβre scrolling through bat*to, looking for something to read, and by chance you happen across this series in the βpopularβ tab. But wait, somethingβs off. Itβs marked as Japanese and claims to be licensed, but the series looks incredibly amateurish, lineart messy and all. How in the world is this trending with hundreds of thousands of views?!
That might pique your curiosity enough to do some googling about the names. βFujima kunisadaβ, βKegan brysonβ, βContender Codyβ, βCryptoverseβ, βkouchumisakoβ. And oops, before you know it, youβve fallen down the rabbit hole.

Part 1: Despite popular belief, Cryptoverse is not a Japanese series
1.1. Establishing (supposedly) Japanese claims
If we start at the bat*to page, it claims to be a Japanese series. If you check the edit history, the page was created by user kouchumisako and tagged as βJapaneseβ, and also reverted back to Japanese by him after a mod changed it to English. Clearly, kouchumisako here wants readers to think the series is Japanese.
If you search around, youβll also find the series on Mangadex. And, just like the bat*to series, itβs been changed from Japanese (November 2) to English (November 9) and later back to Japanese (November 27), this time (likely) by the main uploader, 36u6soa.
The Mangadex guy uploads chapters to his group βCryptoline Scansβ on Mangadex. (Bato group never got approved lmao, but here it is.) The discord in

Warmest greetings, share market casino enthusiasts! I'd like to start with a personal shoutout to the small but certainly very enthusiastic 75 of you who continue to upvote this series and provide comments etc. Knowing that approximately 0.001% of the subβs membership enjoy this series is enough to keep me going, grateful as I am for small mercies. I am, as per Uriah Heep, ever so humble.
How are you going with your dog stocks anyway? Iβve recently invested in some dog stock myself, which is to say that I got an actual dog, and this morning that dog both peed and took a dump on my living room floor. Given that dogs these days arenβt cheap, Iβd describe a freshly laid turd as a very poor ROI indeed, and my affection for said dog reached a 52 week low just before 6am today when this all went down.
At least I didnβt tread in it, which is a better result than my buying into VUL at $14.78.
Which brings me neatly to the subject of todayβs instalment of my long-running and somewhat acclaimed series, in which weβll take a look at small cap companies that also shat all over the trading room floor today by reaching their 52 week lows.
Iβm fine with my stuff being chewed and my floors being redecorated. Should I get a dog?
I am going to give you the same sort of dog buying advice as I do financial advice, which is to say not at all. If you get a dog and it disrespects your floor coverings in the early hours of the day, thatβs nothing to do with me. Similarly, if you buy a dog stock and it disrespects your portfolio just after 4pm, take it up with Barry or ring ASIC about it or post on HotCopper or take it out the back and shoot it if you must, but itβs also not my problem. Donβt rely or act on anything I say. DYOR NFI DOGGO.
Todayβs doggiest of dog stocks
The parameters of todayβs Labrador puppy frolic through the small cap tulip fields are simple: I will take a look at small cap companies that hit their 52 week trading low today, except for the ones that I canβt find anything interesting about.
First up is 4DS Memory Ltd (4DS), which today dropped 12.68% to reach its 52 week low. There seems to be a bit of a story behind this, as the company resumed trading today after a trading halt in early October followed by a voluntary suspension, and it seems that whatever caused all that made a lot of people very unhappy.
Working out what that was though

This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.
I won't be doing that today!

From wiki:
>Quakers are people who belong to a historically Protestant Christian set of denominations known formally as the Religious Society of Friends.[2] Members of these movements are generally united by a belief in each human's ability to experience the light within or see "that of God in every one".Some 89 per cent of Quakers worldwide belong to "evangelical" and "programmed" branches,

>The proto-evangelical Christian movement known as Quakerism arose in mid-17th-century England from the Legatine-Arians and other dissenting Protestant groups breaking with the established Church of England.[14] The Quakers, especially the Valiant Sixty, sought to convert others by travelling through Britain and overseas preaching the Gospel. Some early Quaker ministers were women.[15] They based their message on a belief that "Christ has come to teach his people himself," stressing direct relations with God through Jesus Christ and direct belief in the universal priesthood of all believers.[16]

>Following the Christian revivals in the mid-19th century, Friends in Great Britain sought also to start missionary activity overseas. The first missionaries were sent to Benares (Varanasi), in India, in 1866. The Friends Foreign Mission Association was formed in 1868 and sent missionaries to Madhya Pradesh, India, forming what is now the Mid-India Yearly Meeting. Later it spread to Madagascar from 1867, China from 1896, Sri Lanka from 1896, and Pemba Island from 1897.[

>Founded at 17 Broad Street, Oxford, as the Oxford Committee for Famine Relief by a group of Quakers, social activists, and Oxford academics in 1942 and registered in accordance with UK law in 1943, the original Oxford Committee for Famine Relief was a group of concerned citizens including Henry Gillett (a prominent local Quaker), Theodore Richard Milford, Gilbert Murray and his wife Mary, Cecil Jackson-Cole and Alan Pim. The Committee met in the Old Library of University Church of St Mary the Virgin, Oxford, for the first time in 1942, and its aim was to help starving citizens of occupied Greece, a famine caused by the Axis occupation of Greece and Allied naval blockades and to persuade
