I was in Montenegro couple week. I had a chance to speak with locals. Many of them likes Slovenes and Croats but dislike Bulgarians. I ask reason and they told me that Bulgarians arenβt real slav. It was interesting to hear that becuse Bulgarians look very slav to me and whiter than Montenegrins.

I was positively surprised how there is a lot of unexpected attention towards the recent Belarus elections, and the uninterrupted 26 year long rule of Alexander Lukashenko, I decided to write a post about the upcoming elections in Montenegro that could end an even longer rule of one man - Milo Djukanovic and his party - DPS.
Quick facts
Montenegrin parliamentary election will be held on 30 August 2020.
The 81 seats of the Parliament of Montenegro are elected in a single nationwide constituency using closed list proportional representation (d'Hondt method with a 3% electoral threshold; exception to the threshold is applied to minority parties).
There will be 11 electoral lists (5 of which are minority lists - one Bosniak, two Albanian and two Croat lists).
Background
It is always hard to pick a starting point for this kind of analysis/contextualization, but in my opinion 1990 is the best place to start.
Of course some could argue that the contextualization should start at events in the WW1 - Podgorica Assembly, or even farther back in the past, but for the sake of clarity and present-day relevance I have chosen 1990s as the most relevant starting point.
So, following the fall of Communism, multiparty elections were reestablished, and in December of 1990 first multiparty elections were held across republics in Yugoslavia (for all y'all across the pond in the period 1945-1990 there were no elections, and one-party (Communist party, for Montenegro specifically that was League of Communists of Montenegro) controlled everything).
In those elections, in some of the republics of Yugoslavia the newly formed nationalist parties won the elections, but that was not the case for Montenegro, where the League of Communists of Montenegro won (see 1990 Montenegrin general election ).
Momir Bulatovic (party leader) became the president of Montenegro, and on 15th of February of 1991 Milo Djukanovic, on his 29th birthday, became the prime minister of Montenegro. The same year, League of Communists of Montenegro formally dissolved and its direct successor became the newly created Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS). In essence, the new party continued right where the old one left off, as its entire membership stayed the same.

Hey all, I've read tons of post here and some conventional advice on YouTube and stuff. Curious about advise that we normally won't find in YouTube video etc. (or just things people don't normally consider when joining a league)
Looking for advice for a new team filled with out of shape bad players who are joining a rec league to just have some active stuff to do together while we get destroyed.
Maybe, something you wish someone would have told you during your first ever league.
P. S: handful of our players have zero baseball/softball experience in their 30+ years of living.
Hello! I'm playing Let's Go Eevee for the first time and have obtained all eight gym badges, so it's time to look to my next challenge, the pokemon league. Does any more experienced players have some tips you could give me on building my team, move sets, or strategies?
My current team is my starter Eevee at lv 55, Omastar at lv 45, Alolan Ninetales at lv 53, Dugtrio at lv 44, Zapdos currently lv 50, and a lv 17 Clefable I'm working on training up. I will post their movesets in the comments shortly.
This was the best I could do on my own to build a team specifically for the league. Is there any member you think I should replace and for what reason? And is there any specific areas that are best to train in via catching wild Pokemon or battles? Lastly, which wild Pokemon are best to farm for exp, I've been going for Chansey so far. Thank you!!
