A list of puns related to "Michelle Branch discography"
Rockets Fall On Rocket Falls is incredible so far, Iβm just blown away tbh
Albeit, this is a personal preference and I really love Dewey Bunnell's vocals in the original, but something about Michelle's emotional delivery and scratchy voice really hits me in a way the original didn't, especially the chorus. I wouldn't say it's Jimi's "All along the watchtower" to Dylan's original version either. If you'd a told me someone would cover this song and it actually would hold a candle to the original, I'd a never believed it because Dewey's vocals are perfect in his version.... but there's something about this cover that I can't put my finger on. Maybe it's the context of the show or just simply a women's touch? Idk, but I f%cking love it so much.
Also, fun fact: Patrick Carney (Black Keys) helped produce this version and is in a relationship with Michelle. He also composed the opening title for Bojack Horseman.
Singer-songwriter Michelle Branch grew up in Sedona and frequented Flagstaff as a child. She says that people often assumed she was Mexican or Navajo. She didn't realize the importance of her own Indonesian / Asian heritage until she became famous. (Source: https://www.nylon.com/entertainment/michelle-branch-the-spirit-room-new-album-taylor-swift)
Michelle in concert: https://youtu.be/dnboInNJzoE I like how her cuff looks like a K'eet'oh (traditional Navajo bow guard).
Whoβs your crush? Then? Now?
