So I recently bought "molly" from my dealer and tested it with 4 reagents (madelin, marquis, mecke, simon a&b) but I'm 99% sure it came out as methylone.

Left is supposedly methylone, and right is actual MDMA I got from a past dealer (first time testing both so i could be wrong).
This is the first time I've encountered methylone. I looked it up and it seems relatively similar to MDMA. My friend did see that it was also called "bath salts" and got scared and told me to just flush it down the toilet, but I'm just still curious about this. So I asked my dealer about it, told him it tested for methylone, but he said he just tried it last weekend at a rave and it was all good.
Are there any good scientific resources for harm reduction for methylone (kinda like rollsafe.org but for methylone)? How much different is it from MDMA? Is it worse for your health? How much are you supposed to take it? Tell me your experience if you had methylone before!
For me itβs the most euphoric stimulant Iβve done, and the visuals at higher doses are really really fucking cool, like a mix of DXM and mushrooms. Is this just me? I see so much about 3-MMC and I just donβt see the appeal
Be careful out there guys. Check your sources out man. Do small amounts on new connects. You never know when youβll be fine one minute then heart rate through the roof and sweating bricks. But honestly guys, use tiny amounts every time you get new product.

OK, so..... First, why is fake synthetic ganja SO easy to find but hex/pent/methylne/ethylone /whateveralone are harder?
There's so many sources for that synthetic stuff for replacements for weed, and, well, since, I live in the weed state, I'm not worried about that. I've heard things about it and I've never tried it so I guess I shouldn't judge too harshly because I know some people find it awesome or whatever and that's fine for them...
But it just seems weird that now that marijuana is starting to become legal in state after state, finding things like MDxx's, or stims, either cathinone, amp, benzofurans, propanones, etc.... They just vanished?

I am in the possession of a sample which is supposed to be MDMA. Unfortunately, I only have the Froehde reagent available and would like to hear your opinions on the reaction. What bothers me is the green colour at the beginning, which according to the chart could lead to the assumption that it is Methylone/Butylone rather than MDMA. Thank you!
I did a the Mecke reagent on my friends coke and it popped up orange. Usually that bk-mdma (methylone) any advice?
Marquis resulted like butylone/methylone. Turned yellow. Mecke went from yellow to red to blood red. Mandolin went green to red.
But Simon A and B had a absolutely no reaction.
The substance is a light pink color. Purchased about 3 months ago but highly doubted it was methylone since it's essentially extinct. Thought perhaps butylone. I'd say eutylone but I've never seen it look any color but gray. I cant find reagent information for eutylone.
Definitely hesitant to try this stuff at this point. Dont have the money for lab testing. Anyone have any ideas?
Has anyone taken methylone or ethylone and also have experience with mdma for medically assisted therapy? Curious how the substances differ in their ability to support the therapeutic process. I got what I was told was MDMA and finally was able to test it today and it's actually ethylone. I'm just curious how different the ethylone/methylone is from MDMA because the described effects sound similar in terms of their empathogenic properties.
this happened years ago (2011-2012ish) but ive always been curious if anyone else has experienced anything similar or knows why this happened.
i really loved rolling (too much). the shit was so clean, but i say that so you can understand i took methylone a lot (like quit my job, dropped out of college, couch hoped and just rolled as much as one could). at this point in time i had taken plenty of 2ci, 2cE, 2cb but had not tried moxy/5-meo-dipt before. me and my friend had been given some βmoxyβ to try one night. so i cant remember if we had even slept or not at this point, but this capsule of this shit looks like barely anything is even in there and we hadnβt redosed in hours so we decided to say fuck it and dose.
this is all really strange to explain but imma try to hit the important aspects. me (F), my friend(F), and her 2 friends (M) dosed at their house. it had a odd/not quite right feeling from there lol its evening time btw

everybody was having a super strange feeling trip or whatever you wanna call it. so now itβs the next morning next thing i remember is us getting dropped off, and at this point we were all realizing this trip is going on too long. my friend starts freaking the fuck out. so we go inside try to get something to eat. we were staying with other people who were worried about us. we ended up burning a pizza. so me friend started feeling so weird she ended up going to the hospital. i was definitely not doing that in my current state. i stayed and tried to lay down and itβs night time at this point. i was still feeling like i was tripping, the next night, almost 24 hours later.

Recently got my hands on what was sold to me as methylone. Thing is the guy also sells eutylone. Worried he just put some euty in capsules and told me it was methylone. I know after the crackdown methylones hard as fuck to come by so I'm skeptical. He had good reviews which is why I got it and it wasnt very pricey..which also seemed odd because youd think something more rare would be more pricey. Also wondering what color methylone is supposed to be. Never come across it before.

Hey everyone, I'm going to a festival for New Years and I have a gram of bk MDMA. What dose should I be going for and is a gram going to be enough for two nights of raging?
I never got to try Methylone (Ξ²k-MDMA) and see lots of Eutylone (bk-EBDB) which was okay but maybe it depends on dose, ROA and purity. I've read that people liked Methylone because it's redosable, compared to MDMA, some said they liked Methylone more than MDMA? Why? Easier come down, less serotogenic, redosable? On Eutylone, one site, most likely Chinese said this, "From my memory, the kind of Eutylone is fundamentally the same as that of 4-CMC."
Fairly new to mdma (rolled 3 times) so this might sound stupid. My friend bought molly for us, but it turned out to be methylone when tested. After looking into it we still decided to use it. 2 of us felt something but the other two didnβt. Recent experience, i have a decent rapport w a newer connect via trustworthy friend who vouched- swore up and down til they were blue in the face that the full spectrum test came out pure K.
My mistake was assuming this different looking powdery batch would still be as good or close to the last few chunky batches theyβve given me- I didnβt wait for my new test kit to arrive in the mail, and my roommate and I dabbled w a few bumps.
Most intense nasal pain Iβve ever experienced, like a chemical burn almost. Smelled/tasted like bleach/ammonia- which I know is typical of mkat . It also hit extremely fast and ended fairly quickly- unlike k.
First couple bumps were fast & euphoric- the next couple I started noticing less euphoria and more methy/mdma type adrenaline gurning and edge.

The next day, I feel so off, with intense rushes throughout my body, goosebumps, hot rushes, canβt keep heart from going into sudden panicking heart racing fear of imminent death bc I have done something irreparable to my heart or insides. Canβt get my dumbass off the internet to stop self diagnosing for shit- I I try to relax and lay down all day but it doesnβt stop, I decide to have my roommate walk me to Urgent Care bc something is so wrong. I know it.
Get hooked up to EKG there, physician says it shows slight abnormalities and explains nothing else, and says I have to go to the ER. New EMTs show up and calm me down immediately bc I had just been panicking alone in a room for 25 minutes assuming I could die at any moment and how could I hav
