A list of puns related to "Maxx (Eurodance act)"
In OCG, they don't have enough counters to stop "Maxx C" since Crossout & Gamma is at 1 copy each while CBTG is semi-limited. If "Maxx C" was taken off TCG's banlist, we've Ash/Gamma/Crossout att full power except CBTG at 1 copy.
The biggest argument why "Maxx C" shouldn't return to TCG is the format becomes heavily control oriented. If it really was the cast, then why are several combo decks meta in OCG despite "Maxx C" at 3 copies and doesn't have enough outs to it? The likes of Swordsoul, Drytron, Phantom Knights, VW, Tri-Brigade and recently Branded Despia reached Tier 1 staus.
Any of the best decks in OCG almost always ends up topping events in TCG too.
If "Maxx C" isn't that oppressive in OCG, I don't see any reason why it should stay banned in TCG.
Edit: I forgot the Brave Token engine. Even when OCG still it at full power, it didn't slowed down combo at all. And both TCG & OCG have Droll at 3x copies
i just got a becca light gleam eyeshadow primer/topper duo for $3 and itβs laughably terrible. the primer eyeshadow color looks like literal newborn feces and on the other end is this heinous glitter bomb. please commiserate with me
Just something that came to mind from a random comment I saw on a post.
For those that donβt remember, Super Rejuvenation draws you cards at the end phase based on how many dragons you tributed or discarded that turn. Got banned in Dragon ruler format but went back to 3 after they got banned and hasnβt really done much since.
Basically how bad would Maxx C be if it worked similar to that, where youβd only draw all your cards at the end phase instead of immediately after the opponent summoned?
It would obviously still be worse that it is now since you wouldnβt be able to draw into your hand traps to stop your opponentβs plays (though that might encourage the opponent to extend more and give you more cards by the end, so maybe it balances out? IDK) but how bad would it be? Would it be unplayable and people wouldnβt running it even if it were at 3? Or would it still see general play but not as much as it used to? I am interested in hearing what you all say.
Burrow might have to use feet more than he wants to especially with his injury.
the developers have already announced that they will add new formats, if the tcg format arrives all the maxx Cs we have crafted, the goblin upstarts and the called by the grave will be wasted ur tokens, are you worried? have you crafted maxx c and other cards that are not usable in the tcg?
Itβs either you stop it or your opponent draws their deck or you donβt have a field
The TJ Maxx and Marshallβs in my neighborhood have about 50-75% of their items on clearance. I spoke with a sales associate and they shared this is because they will be doing inventory shortly. She wasnβt sure, but thought that this would be happening at most TJ Maxx/Marshallβs.
Just had the strangest experience in Silver. (Granted I am incredibly new to the game after 10+ years away)
Other player goes first. I immediately respond to their first spell with Maxx C, anticipating theyβll either hold back or at least reward me with a few cards.
They then spend what felt like 10 minutes special summoning over 20 monsters. I started my first turn with 14 cards in my deck. I thought their goal was to special summon until my deck runs out of cards. I thought I played myself into some big brain 35 special summon play.
Nope. I start my first turn off with a Raigeki. Their entire field goes to the GY. They immediately forfeit.
I am not sure which of us was more confused.
