Need Help With Origin SMP Map Seed
Hello
My name is wimblur smot and I have been tasked with finding a new seed for the Origin SMP map reset for 1.18.
I have found about 3 different options but I don't like them all so I am coming to you for help. (The seed I select shall recieve Reddit gold and also be used by the Origin SMP)
I'm looking for (in order of importance);
- A distinct continent or island
- With interesting geographical features
- With a grand looking mountain
- Big ocean surrounding the island.
- Flat area around the mountain
- Only two or three biomes
The perfect seed
If you can find a seed with at least 3 of these things post the seed in the comments! I can't wait to see what you find.

Anybody else kinda hate the 3D map for Hyrule Castle? It's useful when you're trying to find openings, a nightmare when you're trying to find Korok seeds.
Bedrock seed: 1663935988 part 2. I posted here the 3x3 map of this epic seed a little while ago, and decided to expand it to a 5x5 map with some pictures of some really epic landscape. This seed is so beautiful and fulfilling

Noob question: I just reached the swamp “iron” age, is there any shame in changing map seeds at this point?
I feel the random seed I got is awful, the swamp biomes are in far away dumb places etc.
Or would doing this “ruin” the whole game experience?

In Far Cry 5, after you destroy the statue of Joseph Seed, it's also destroyed on the map
Bedrock seed: 1663935988 awesome village locations, perfect terrain for epic builds, all 6 tree types on spawn map, almost every structure including a mansion, nether fortress close to portal if portal is near spawn, lots of awesome stuff. Almost every biome in a 3x3, and even more just outside that

This is a seed I generated called “live a little” and as far as I can tell it doesn’t really want me to live a little due to almost half the map being wasteland lol
Mountain pass, except with a forest in the pass blocking the way. Kinda unique map that prevents rushing (seed in comments)
I picked a seed that starts with "69" 'cause I am immature. But I just found the Moder location and I can't believe how close everything is on this map lol

This looks like a reverse Northern Europe map. Seed 369020737 bedrock. Discovered by YouTuber Frenzied Gaming. I’ve been searching for awhile for a Europe/Northern Africa type seed and I guess this will do.
Anyone feel like exploring and farming my seed with me? Early ish game, I'm in swamps but am exploring the map around me.
Title: just looking to see if anyone wanted to accompany me for a bit just to mess around/farm/build. Not really trying to take on any bosses, just a chill session.

Interesting Map Seeds?
Anyone have any actually interesting map seeds saved?
Not just "tons of resources everywhere!" or "Super flat!", but things like giant shear cliffs, or big tall central hills, or complete horseshoes, stuff that really makes you go "Wow, look at that!"?
Small map extra soggy wetlands Vietnam start with three wonders on screen. I've never seen three so close together. Seed included but I have no idea if I rerolled a bunch of times. Is there a way of getting the seed if you've rerolled?

Question: Do map seeds have the same famed loot on the same locations?
I want to restart the same map I've played, but with a different origin, and I'm wondering if I'll get the same stuff if I loot the camps. I kind of like not knowing beforehand, so I'm wondering if I should find a different map.

How big can a given map of stars get? Could we get 100 stars in the game to explore and use and build around?

As the title says. Is there a way to create your own map seed?
I've been rereading a book series that I would absolutely love to recreate the map on it and I feel like valhiem is a perfect game to do this on.
Or if you could recommend another game that may have the ability to create your own worlds

Mod Request: Add the ability to copy the Map seed from the main menu
I'm hoping there's a mod that does as the title suggests, not trying to say "Hey somebody has to make this!"
I really dislike not being able to copy and paste seeds that I want to share or replay, at least once the game is started. It's a minor annoyance as it can manually typed out or copied before starting the run, but one it's one that irks my soul. I would not mind a workaround either.

Great bedrock seed, multiple villages/biomes on spawn map, spawn island, land shipwreck, woodland mansion at -648, 664, stronghold at 1780, 1110, nether fortress at -208, 352, and bastion remnant at 88, -264. So much beauty, resources, and potential in this seed. Enjoy!

Has the seeds generation maps changed? Question inside.
Started a new map, again for the 100th time, I found swamps, plains (not so large In size) daughr village and elder in the same one island I spawned on. I used to think some biomes or mobs would not appear on the started island or am I wrong?
Is there a way to share Biome Map from chunkbase (or any other website) without sharing seed details

Specific map seed missing Sacred Sites
I was just playing map seed 0000000f with only the Religious Victory option for the game ticked.
However, when that map was played there are no Sacred Sites to be found, so the only option was just to kill every man, woman and child belonging to the opposition.
Is it common/possible for certain maps to not have Sacred Sites, or would this be an over site ?
question any good map seeds with lots of towns or cities?
every time I try to generate one with the world Editor it crashes on me before even Finish generating the world
