A list of puns related to "Magnus the Good"
Context: Magnus is recovering from a massive sorcerous undertaking he directed with his legion to rescue the civilian population of a world Magnus and Perturabo were attempting to save. After collapsing, and being caught by Perturabo in one of the few brotherly acts I've read of him doing, Magnus recovers in an unconscious state only to dream about his last contact with the Emperor.
>'I am still alive,β he said, and his voice was thrown back at him as though he stood in the centre of a great amphitheatre.
>Since no vistas were presenting themselves in this void, Magnus would conjure his own. If he was going to spend an eternity in this place, then he would be damned if heβd do it bored.
>Memories surged around him, a series of snapshots from his life: the climb into the hills of Prospero where he found the statue whose destruction gave rise to the Fellowships of the Thousand Sons; the inaugural conclave of the First Masters in the Reflecting Cave; taking a knee before his father upon their first meeting in Occullum Square, though in truth they had spoken for many years already.
>He conjured them at random, knowing all the while that nothing was every truly random, wondering which memory would come to the fore.
>The answer presented itself, as the night he had climbed the Astartes Tower to meet his father on the eve of his departure from Terra swam into focus. It had been a bittersweet moment, for they were both aware it would be many years before they met this way again. The Great Crusade was a vision of supreme ambition, one that would take father and sons to the uttermost corners of the galaxy for decades, perhaps even centuries. Only a fool would entertain any notions of certainty on the commencement of such a singular undertaking.
>They had sat upon the highest peak of the slender tower and cast their minds out over the world, flying together one last time. Only then did Magnus understand he was not simply witnessing a memory, but was part of it.
>Their bodies of light threaded the deep canyons of the Mid-Atalantic Ridge then circled the arid dust basin of the Mid-Terranean before following the Urals from Kara Oceanica to the Kievan Rus Khaganate. They circled Mount Narodnya, watching the ghosts of Fulgrim and Ferrus Manus as they competed over the labour of twin weapons.
>βSo perfect,β said the Emperor.
>βWhich one?β asked Magnus, but his father just smiled.
>Magnus watched his brothers striving to outdo one ano
... keep reading on reddit β‘Obviously Carlsen is an exceptionally strong player but bullet chess draws heavily from a secondary skill set of mouse-hand dexterity and instantaneous selection of good pre-moves and those skills require a lot of secondary practice to develop, practice not very relevant to classical play. So much so that especially skilled bullet players can defeat classically stronger opponents and I think that result was apparent in the standings of this 2nd Lichess Arena.
So basically I am wondering under what account Magnus must have logged the 10s (100s) of hours to hone his bullet skills on to achieve such a dominant result. Clearly he has played an immense amount of bullet, right?
Also suggest heroes for other roles except captain. Cp jungler?
It seems that chess is not the only game he makes insane calculations in... soon heβll be world #1 in both chess AND fpl.
Seriously. How is he so damn consistent with all of his plays? Search his house for a time travel machine somewhere, I guarantee he has one.

According to the imperial library the script seen on the banners of apocrypha are divine script. Do we have any reason why banners associated with a Daedric prince wouldnβt be in Daedric script?

Obviously different circumstances may have precluded the Oilers from picking 1st overall multiple times, but itβs interesting to think about.
In all honesty the moment The Emperor sanctioned the ban of the librarius and the use of psykic powers at Nikea, he should have taken Magnus back to Terra.
He without a doubt knows Magnus better than anyone, he knew about Magnus' lust for knowledge, power and knew very well that he most likely would still push his curiosity into the warp further and further. Magnus and his thousand sons would have been perfect to help build and secure the webway with the Emperor, and it's heavily implied that Magnus would be the one sitting on the golden throne anyways.
The Emperor throughout the 30,000+ years he was alive, traversing the galaxy, guiding mankind from the shadows up until he took to the stage as The Emperor of mankind, used his powers, to influence, create, destroy, and manipulate in anyway he saw fit, his powers are as much of apart of him as they were to Magnus, I mean he created Magnus specifically to be a Pysker and then took them away from him. I'm not here saying Magnus done no wrong because we all know he did. However, The Emperor should have taken him back to Terra to work on the webway project with him, to guide his powers in the right direction. He knew in some degree that chaos was planning something big for him and Magnus and his thousand sons were one of the most vital pieces on his playing board.
I binged the podcast in about 3 weeks. Now I'm back to listening to the NoSleep podcast while I wait for new episodes, and I find myself trying to identify the power of each NoSleep story, forgetting it's not part of the Magnus Universe. I love it
After lots of experimenting, I'm giving up. So frustrating to see so many evilities slots but have no idea how to use them.
Anyone have any recommendation? I've been trying to go for as much damage as I can rinse out of him, and so far I've only seen any result with Magic Bundle + Over Limit + Purgatory (thanks Thimble curry).
Which ... now that I think about it isn't a very good approach ...
Who's your favourite?.... (Other answers are in comments upvote them if you like...)
What am I supposed to listen to now? Other podcasts? Pfft.
Every fall the last few years this has happened. I get ready for Shoulder/Chest day and thereβs no TMA to get me through the first few sets. The last few weeks have been absolute bangers but now Iβm here like...βAngler Fish? Again? Okay...β
Im reading the stories of my favorite primarchs and I wanted to find everything I could that has magnus and the 1000 in it; whats the most complete list of works I should read and in what order? Anybody know
Pretty much all in the title. Did he suspect fowl play or that Magnus stepped in a pile of warp shit he shouldn't have stepped in, all in order to rid the 15th legion of the flesh change?
Was there even a, "Heyyy, how did you lose your eye there, son?"?
