So Im looking to move to a new apartment in Lusail and found the Al Mirqab Residency 2 suited me very well. After the viewing I was met with one of the tenants and we had a conversation about the place.
The guy was super unhappy and provided me with a lot of warnings, namely:
- Qataris like to bring huge crowds to the property, crazy parties etc and very loud.
- Area turns into somewhat of a brothel over the weekends.
- Terrible and rushed buildings, hot air leaking inside, lots of maintenance issues.
- Maintenance teams take a very long time to fix anything.
- Lots of empty promises (like how things will be finished within the year)
Anyone experience a similar set of circumstances with this property?
I recently moved to westbay. Itβs boring so Iβm hoping to find people I can play football with. Street football between buildings will even help
I live in West Bay, I can't be assed to drive all the way there
I have my second dose of vaccine today. Which drive through is better considering the time taken?
Also if possible; whatβs the ideal time to go?

I'm scheduled to get my second dose today. They gave me the option of either lusail or wakra at 7-9pm. in your experience which one takes less time? I don't feel like waiting 5 whole hours. Thank you!

Anyone knows if the Lusail LRT is already operated? or when is it going to start?
I'm thinking to move to Lusail, and my office is in West Bay. I'm planning to commute using LRT/Metro from Lusail to West Bay.
I am considering couple of thing as well, since I think there is no direct line from Lusail to the Red Line metro. Maybe transit in Qatar University first, then to Red Line.
