A list of puns related to "List of members of the Blue Dog Coalition"
Register at bit.ly/VITSF718 to attend our VetsinTech Employer Coalition event & 7th year Anniversary Celebration. We plan to have a great panel of leaders and recruiters in tech as well as several members from the VetsinTech Employer Coalition including @Adobe, @Google, @facebook, @TEKsystems, @Microsoft, @bmcsoftware and more to discuss opportunities at these companies and in the tech ecosystem in general! We also have MORE training opportunities and a few announcements that we will share at the event!
The beautiful part of this is that it takes almost no effort and saves a lot of time. You also never again have to worry about the gift being liked or needed.
By sinless, I mean they didnβt do anything wrong or sketchy. I imagine someone in the comments will disprove me about at least one of these people.
This list will be VERY short. Iβl start:
Am I missing anyone?

DOG TRAIL MANNERS DURING QUARANTINE:
With the current situation there are thousands of people out exploring the outdoors for the first time with their dogs, which is making once sparsely populated hiking trails now very crowded. Here are some basic guidelines for those who are out in nature with their dogs for the first time:
KEEP YOUR DOG LEASHED AT ALL TIMES unless it is an off-leash designated area! Just because your dog is dog-friendly doesn't mean the leashed dog they are running up on is! Face-to-face greetings are a nightmare for owners with reactive/fearful dogs, and potentially dangerous. A person with their leashed dog has literally no way to escape an off-leashed dog that is approaching them and not responding to their owner calling them! This also very dangerous for off-leash small dogs that approach larger leashed dogs. The larger dog is cornered and may bite and seriously harm the smaller dog! And at no fault of their own because they are leashed and cannot retreat.
DO NOT LET YOUR LEASHED DOG FACE-TO-FACE GREET WITH ANOTHER LEASHED DOG UNLESS YOU HAVE THE OWNERS PERMISSION! Assume all other dog owners do not want their dog to meet yours, and always ask first! Face-to-face greetings are not a natural behaviour in dog packs and are something that is shot down very early on in their upbringing if they raised without humans. A face-to-face greeting is inherently an aggressive dog posture and can be very scary to insecure dogs. The more natural greeting is for dogs to do an arc around eachother and sniff the butt first before being face-to-face!
WHOEVER IS MORE CORNERED HAS THE RIGHT OF WAY ON THE TRAIL! If you can step off trail with your dog to allow another person to pass with theirs DO IT. If there is no where for the approaching person to go with their dog in order to avoid face-to-face greetings, it is up to you to provide the space! Some dogs need 10+ ft of space to not go "over-threshold" when seeing other dogs and stay calm while they pass. You will see most dog owners with reactive dogs removing themselves from the trail on their own, but sometimes they have no where to go. If this happens and you have the space, please give it to them!
DON'T BE A DICK. Fear-reactive, excitement-reactive, and aggressive dogs deserve love and exercise too! Their owners have given up some of their own freedoms in order to give these difficult dogs a l
