That's funny, Robert is so good at sport!
Also, sadly but unsurprisingly, my vpn doesn't have a Qatar option.
Paying $25/hrβyou can be from any of these regions, or even from the US. Will pay you via PayPal.
I need their names, email addresses, PC specs, and favorite games in a simple spreadsheet.
It seems odd to me that they are missing reading festival.
Also, it seems like they should do at least one major U.S. festival but with their current schedule there really isn't any time to do so.
They are also missing out on areas of the world where they have a HUGE fan base. (And a lot of disappointment in South America)
They also mentioned it was going to be a Huge world tour. This tour already is pretty big but they definately seemed confident in their reassurance despite not announcing South American or Asian dates
Yes, believe it or not, I actually am 'asking for a friend'- crazy, I know! Anyway, I suggested they try out a festival, and they said the only one they knew of was Lollapalooza- they really need to 'break that ice' and meet hippies for events like, well, Burning Man. Specifically, an LSD/Mushrooms/Weed kind of crowd, not an MDMA/Speed/Uppers crowd. Hippies, ideally, would probably be this person's level.
The kind of place where you can sit down with a bunch of peeps and they hand you a joint to toke on, chill out listening to the stage nearby on the grass and talk about spiritual stuff, really positive energy- that kind of festival :P
If anyone knows any in the country, especially ones for later in the year, that'd be ideal :D
I'm fairly curious to see what other countries are putting out talent for this IFA class.
I'm looking to travel for 2-3 weeks (maybe 4) in April. I'm aware that the full Camnio route is more like a month. So maybe that isn't in the cards this trip...still considering.
But other than that I'm having a hard time pinning down April trip ideas. Been to Asia enough on recent trips. Looking more towards South America or Eastern Europe. If anyone has advice or experience about good April trips I'm all ears and you'd greatly help push me in a direction.
I'm flying out of Los Angeles. And as far as budget is concerned that really isn't a limitation for me. Last trip was to Iceland for a couple weeks and spent more money than I'd care to admit lol
Info about me if helpful: 34 year old sociable single guy who enjoys mingling and meeting people and occasional partying. Lean more towards adventure vacations. Have trekked the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal, climbed Kilimanjaro, Backpacked south east asia solo a month, etc. More about experiences than just looking at old things. Beautiful mountain range over a beautiful old building.
Thanks!
Independence movements started among creole elites (I mean people of spanish descent born in the colonies), and they still kept control of the newborn nations while people of indigenous descent were still exploited. My question is how were the armies composed? Were there indigenous people fighting for independence, were they pressed into service or simply the sons of the estate owner would go fighting while the servs would go on working in the fields? What was their life like in that time and how changed after independence?
I know I'm talking about a vast areas that had, and have, big differences in demographics, so please specify what area you are talking about.
Dont get me wrong, el Condor Pasa did a great work to provide fun, interesting and challeging situations for SOuth America, alas, and quite sadly, some nations got the short of the stick, case in Point: Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, and the Bolivarian Trio of the former Gran COlombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and Colombia.
*Bolivia
I already made a case for what I consider to be a potentially interesting case for Bolivia (if we can afford further balkanization ._. ) in my Santa Cruz and Bolivia Post, which you can read here
https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/bolivia-santa-cruz.1149224/
My biggest gripe is that the Confederation protion of the Peruvian focus tree should be also shared by Bolivia, considering that the emrging of the two states was, initially, a Bolivian Idea: A revamping of the Confederate Foci wuld also be in order, as it stands I feel that bonsues they yield are lackluster in the face of the more powerful states that surround Bolivia and that it could be expanded into the Bolivarian pretensions of a Pan-Hispanic State that expands all across South America into Panama and the spanish speaking Caribbean (something that could be shared also by Gran Colombia, but more on that later)
*Chile and South American Syndicalists:
While I consider that Chile is quite strong already (perhaps initially too strong even -_- ) I feel that after the Chilean-Argentinian War everything just kinda...stops? I mean sure, there is always the internationale, but I was left with a bland taste with my mouth as i feel much more could be done with it, while sticking to the Internationale should be always an option - the safest option- I think it could be spiced by creating a South American Syndicalist Vanguard - a Soclaist Bolivarian Alliance with pretences of dying all the continent red.
This woul create also interesting mechanics should the CSA exist or not, Such as actually creating it by invading America, after creeping you way north through Central America with the Help - or the Obedience- of the Mexican Comrades. However, should the CSA emerge victorious from 2ACW, the Latin syndies wouldΒ΄ve three stances on them:
-Friendship: Invite the CSA the faction , creating a mighty bulwark of Syndicalism of the New World. the safest option, but with the least potential, tehre would be however, nice national spirits and potents descisi
... keep reading on reddit β‘I'm looking for a good Ayahuasca retreat to do from around June 30 - July 6 ish. I'm open to Colombia, Costa Rica or Peru and dates are somewhat flexible. I'm just concerned with finding a legit retreat that is trustworthy and safe. I'm likely travelling alone and have been doing tons of internet research, but not sure what I can trust and what I can't. Any advice or tips is welcomed and appreciated!
Thanks,
Jeff
