A lot of people are wondering how do they know if they work the right way, if the deity they work with wants to work with them, if they didn't attract evil spirit, or more simply "is my practice healthy or not"
But there is a way to know : direct experience.
The simplest way to know if a practice is good or not is just to see the effect it has.
Most evil spirit are not "evil" morally speaking, it's just that your interest don't coincide. They need your energy to eat and won't necessarly help you in return. Theses relationship are toxic for you but healthy to them just like we eat animals for exemple.
To me a deity surpass this kind of spirit in the sense where they don't need to take your energy, because they ARE the energy of the universe. At most deity will need us to manifest in the material plain since we're both linked to the material and spiritual plain, we serve as a link and that's why we do magick.
Last full moon I did a ritual. Before the ritual i was sick, not a lot , but sick nontheless. The day of the ritual I thought I was healed because I didn't feel sickness and decided to do the ritual. During the ritual I felt energised, I didn't felt cold even though I was naked and would have overwise felt cold. And after the ritual I actually had MORE energy than before, I felt lively , happy, calm.
This was a religious ritual, with no magick intent, I didn't do healing magick for example.
The day after, I was a little bit sick again, exactly like if my body just resumed where I was "supposed to be". I was healed the next day.
This is not a moving object, or a fireball but in a sense this is a healthy , discreet and profound manifestation : the manifestation of the energy of life and you can't fake that. And this is why I know my practice is good and the deity I work with are the one I think they are.
In short what I felt was the exact opposite of a vampirisation and you can't fake that !
Now this is probably specific to deity of fertility and life. A god of wisdom would probably makes you feel like you touche the profound understanding of the universe, a god of war will probably give you strengh to overcome any difficulty, a god of death will probably makes you understand the soul of the departed etc... I'm talking about theses genuine experience that are not based on sweet talk but the actual manifestation of nature's energy.
So if you're wondering if your practice is good for you or not , simply ask the question : does this practice make

I'm newer to including deities in my work, so please bear with me. I have a few questions. I've had an altar to Gaia for awhile. I've been regularly giving offerings, burning inscense, giving thanks for what she does, etc at this altar. I consider this my form of worship. She's a deity I resonate with and love. I know that sometimes in times of need people pray to their deities, ask for guidance, ask for help with a specific thing, or even ask for help with spell work. I'm at a point in my life where I'm looking to start a family with my fiance. I know I'll need a little help due to physical conditions I have. So on top of medical solutions I'd like to involve my craft. Would Gaia be a goddess I can go to for this being a nature deity? My research has indicated she counts but I'd like to know people's opinions. Should I search elsewhere? How can I go about asking for help? Would my regular prayers work? What is or isn't appropriate to ask for? Is aid with fertility or fertility spells asking too much?

Basically, the goal of this list is to have a bunch of small sidequests that could be assigned to the PCs by a deity or someone who serves under them (their champion, a local priest or priestess, etcetera).
Quests are mostly meant to be short and simple, but open-ended enough that they could be spun into larger ordeals if necessary. For example, scenario (1) doesn't specify anything other than what needs to be found and where it's supposed to be, so it could be made more challenging if you decided to add ferocious beasts that were tasked with guarding the flowers.

Half of those planets had already been worshipping him by the time they were officially discovered by the Federation
It's incredible that a man is pummeled to death after barely touching a book inside a shrine, and a mob of tens of thousands come out to riot after just hearing a rumor about their prophet and go on a rampage that causes losses in hundreds of crores.
It happened in Bengaluru, Belgavi, at the Singhu border and now inside a gurudwara.
Much wailing has been heard from politicians across the spectrum, who have chosen to condemn the act of blasphemy and sacrilege, instead of calling out the hateful murderers.
All this while Hindu temples are trampled and desecrated, almost every other week. I made a list, please read the horrors of Hindu hate that is widespread from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Not one perpetrator has been lynched. Begs the question - who is really more hateful here, and who the victim?
Note - A murthi is not an idol. Hindus are not idol worshippers, but are branded by the Abrahamics as the same. This is the hate that drives the Hindu haters to smash murthis of deities in temples.
This is not an exhaustive list of the past year. There are many that I may have missed.

My choice would go for Shyka the Many.
You could the cult of Shyka, who learn time magic, and who are all striving to join ShykaΒ΄s hivemind. Only a few get in, but people would still try.
From what I know, ShykaΒ΄s domains are Death, Destruction, Madness and magic, which could make for Interesting clerics.
