In White Collar Season 2 Episode 2 at the club scene, what's the name of the song?

I'm currently streaming this episode on Netflix. The scene is about 26 minutes and 15 seconds in where Neal and Diana (undercover as a hooker) are talking in the club.

I've used Shazam, SoundHound and TrackID to try to detect the song with no avail.

I also couldn't find the scene on YouTube to show anyone who doesn't have a Netflix account (sorry).

I really like the song and hope someone recognises it out there.

Thanks in advance!

[TV]IIL Burn Notice, White Collar(finished shows where each episode is mostly self-contained) WEWIL

I'm looking for more shows to put on TV while I work out. Burn Notice has been great because it's an hour long, episodic (there is a longer story but most episodes involve the gang beating 1 bad guy never seen before and never seen again), and the "action" is mostly talking so it's not a big deal if I don't see the screen for a few minutes. I tried Criminal Minds, but really didn't like how the show gives a disturbing criminal's perspective every episode (I don't want to see that while working out).

I'm open to any TV genre as long as it's a finished show I can just buy the DVDs to, and it doesn't make me want to instantly binge-watch the season to see what happens next.

What white collar jobs are easy to get? They can be a good fallback plan, lets make a list.

I've been researching grad school for business/finance/real state. It amazes me how expensive school is. IMHO it's not even for education, it's to act as a barrier to entry for other prospective candidates.

I am semi-satisfied in my job. What keeps me from doing anything is the cost of education. Also the risk of not finding a job.

There's a startup school in my city that does web marketing. I was interested so I searched linkedin for profiles of alumni. Not good. I do not want to quit my stable job (I am reinvesting savings in real estate) for something so uncertain.

So I'm trying to come up with ideas that are low risk. Obviously things like med/law school are going to require an expensive committment but I definitely feel there are fields that aren't as expensive.

  1. Programming. 2 of my friends took one of the $10k bootcamps and got jobs.

I've tried this and not my cup of tea.

  1. Freelance writing. Don't expect more than $10/hour unless you're really good or get really good contacts. Wouldn't want this as a "career" but could be a cool hobby. You could start today on a site like odesk.

  2. Temp work. There's usually low skilled work available. You can get these through a staffing agency. Expect lots of competition during recessions.

Why are like 90% of job listings for skilled white-collar jobs just short-term contracts?

Maybe this is a dumb question, I don't know... Recruiters often contact me about positions, and I occasionally browse for new jobs as well, and 90% of the listings I see are for contracts. I rarely bother responding because they're all short term contracts and I'm in a stable, low-risk position with benefits.

I understand that contracts are nice for the company because they often don't have to pay benefits and they're not stuck with you... but presumably, if they want good talent for a position, they're not going to lure someone out of a permanent position with benefits by advertising for 6 month contracts... why are full-time permanent positions so rare, even in the specialized world of IT?

Let's make a comprehensive list of button-down collar polo shirts!

Below are the only ones I've been able to locate. I'll update as others add more options in the comments.

The list:

  • Spier & Mackay - Quality fabric and nice slim fit. I tried one of these but found the collar to be too wide/bulky.
  • Uniqlo Airism Pique Polo - looks like a good fit, but some may not like the Airism cotton/nylon fabric. They've offered other button-down polos in the past, but the Airisms are the only ones currently in stock.
  • Proper Cloth has a polo shirt option (select "Two-Button Polo" in the "FRONT / PLACKET" section of the "STYLE" tab) and you can select button-down collar.
  • J.Crew made a nice one a few years ago, but sadly never restocked.
  • Western Rise has a pretty sweet looking merino wool one.
  • Natalino Long Sleeve Button Down Polo
  • Permanent Style Long Sleeve Button Down Polo
  • Muji

Edit: added more options from comments

College isn't for everybody, and please respect my choice to work and save money instead of going into massive debt because I'm choosing to not go to a white collar job targeted (not a trade school/votech) college.

I've tried 2 semesters at a college where the majors are applicable for white collar work post graduation. First, I don't like this university. Second, I have no desire to go into a white collar field. Yes, I realize that I'm going to have to work harder for less money. But I am saving my money. I am learning how to wise with money. I know how to work hard and I don't mind it. I'm more content with working hard. I don't care about being a behind the scenes worker. I have complete autonomy in my job. Nobody notices me at my job, and I prefer it that way. I can focus 100% on my job. The only reason people think of me is when I don't do my job, and I make sure my job is done, and done well. I don't have to answer to anyone unless I'm not doing my job right, or there's something specific I have to do in addition to my normal tasks.

So many of my friends have gone to the local university, and despite working through college, are as far as $40,000 in debt. I do not want that financial burden.

White collar jobs are not the best path for my life. Let me work with my hands. I'm not sure what I want to do in the future, so randomly picking a degree and going into enough debt to pay for a brand new truck with bells and whistles, when I'm not sure if I actually want to follow that degree is the dumbest thing I can think of. Why should I go to college just for the sake of going to college? Because so many of my friends have done it? Just because somebody jumps off a cliff doesn't mean I should, too. Some day, if I have the money to do so and have decided which school and which major is best for me, I can pursue education. Right now, I am not financially owned by anybody or anything. I have no debt. I do not own a single penny to anybody.

It's my future. I know I may not be rich. Guess what. I don't care. I don't need to be rich. I'm perfectly fine with driving an older basic model vehicle. I don't need it want a Ferrari or a Lamborghini. I'm perfectly fine with a '97 Chevy Silverado. It gets me places.

Edit: Because of my current job, I'm much more aware of what stuff bugs me, so I try hard to not do something that would bug another person in my field. I try to leave a place at least as good as I found it, if not much better.

Edit 2: I am deciding to not go to college at this point because I have no current desire to work a job that requires college. If I find a career path I'd like to follow that requires college, and I have the money to pay for it, I'l

I scored an above average score on my Apprenticeship interview (83/100, 9th on the ranking list), and I'm having a difficult time of getting hired on as a construction wireman and other blue collar/construction jobs, suggestions?

As the title says,

I've been trying to get into the IBEW program for almost three years. During the late summer of last year, I finally bit the bullet and applied at my local union hall and passed the aptitude test. About two months later, I was scheduled for an interview and ended up scoring an 83 out of 100 on the test; I stand at 9th on the ranking list, but my local hall accepts applicants all throughout the year.

So, I tried heeding my training directors advice of trying to get on as a construction wireman, just so I can exceed the 1k electrical hours so I'll be eligible for a reinterview by the time this upcoming November comes. Unfortunately, I haven't had much luck with trying to land a job, involving electrical work; even other blue collar/construction jobs in the past four months.

This isn't an exaggeration, but I've submitted over 45 applications in the past three months, with jobs pertaining to blue collar/construction, and I haven't gotten a single response from an employer. I even went into union backed and non-union contractors with my resume in my hand, but I haven't had luck with that either, unfortunately.

Can someone give me some constructive criticism or insight as to what I'm doing incorrectly? As I've mentioned before, I lack blue collar experience in jobs; but I've done a fair amount of mechanical car work, from my hobby of fixing up my vehicles and rockcrawling with them.

In regards to my job history, I'm 22 years old and have only worked in retail/customer service, warehousing and working for USPS as a mail carrier. Is it possible to apply for an apprenticeship through other IBEW locals in my state, or what that put me on grounds of termination/suspension, since I just went through the apprenticeship application at my local IBEW? Any type of response is greatly appreciated!
