When this 30 for 30 got announced I got the idea to possibly do something like this. Originally I was going to try and do all 5 episodes in one post, but after listening to the first episode I quickly realized there's way too much to fit into just one post.
I basically tried to lay out everything notable worth mentioning after listening, however I'd highly recommend giving it a listen as just reading the text doesn't do it justice.

Episode 1 Summary
2010 - 2012
Sterling wasn't a basketball guy, he was a personal injury lawyer who got filthy rich off real estate.
Shelly and Donald Sterling love to use the word fabulous.
V Stiviano met Donald Sterling in 2010 at a Superbowl party.
Stiviano changed her name to just the letter V shortly after meeting Donald.

Stiviano would tell people in the Clippers front office that βIβm going to own the office one day" and βThis is going to be my team one day.β
Stiviano would stalk Shelly Sterling and show up wherever she went
Shelly and Donald sat in their courtside seats together. And V sat in her seats directly across the court. Other nights, V would sit next to Donald, and Shelly was nowhere to be seen.
Ryan Hollis:
> she would just parade around the arena and it was so awkward like we kind of know whatβs going on but youβre doing it in front of our faces as if we were sillyβ¦.so it was an odd, odd situation.
Matt Barnes:
> nobody liked her. we knew why she was here and we all thought it was crazy to begin with but you know it wasnβt our place to speak on it at the time.
> Shelly would call the team president Andy Roeser demanding that V not be allowed in the building. Then Donald would call Roeser and ask him to leave four tickets for her.

Stiviano called the Sterling household on Christmas day while all the Sterlings were sitting down for dinner
Donald Sterling was pacing their tennis courts outside while arguing with Stiviano over the phone
After the call ended, Shelly and Donald fought and their son Scott had to step in before it got violent. Scott demanded his father stop disrespec
I'm just looking to see what exactly Bernie is all about as off 2020.
In the last scene, Tony tells Silvio, Artie and Tony Blundetto about Fran and JFK's affair but he exaggerates it. I didn't understand why he did that. Was it just for effect ?

Iβve been looking for a while and I canβt seem to find a complete list anywhere. If anyone could make one or find one that would help a lot since Iβm trying to find out just how many affairs he had
TOS:
Charlie X
Tomorrow is Yesterday
This Side of Paradise
Friday's Child
Journey to Babel
By Any Other Name
The Ultimate Computer
The Enterprise Incident
That Which Survives
The Way to Eden
TAS: Yesteryear
TNG:
Encounter at Farpoint
The Naked Now
Lonely Among Us
Too Short a Season
Heart of Glory
DS9: Dax
Okay, to be fair, it's about 95% of the people mentioned, there were times where I just couldn't make out the name.
Here's the list, in order that they are mentioned in the podcast.
I'm hoping to spend some time researching all these folks mentioned, just another step forward in pursuit of knowledge and understanding of the world.
I also took some notes that I took that I decided to leave in.
My wife and son are Star Trek fans, but they're not as afflicted as I am, so I curated a selection of episodes to watch before the debut of Picard. I chose episodes based on their focus, so long as they fell into one of five categories: Picard episode, Data episode, Seven episode, Romulan episode, and Borg episode. Also, every episode I chose had to at least be "pretty good."
(Of course, at this stage, we don't really know how much screen time Seven will get in the new series, for example, so watching a bunch of Voyager episodes may prove to be a waste of time if she's only in it for an episode. That's the risk and your mileage may vary.)
In order:
ENT - "Minefield"
(See below for "Regeneration")
ENT - "United"
ENT - "The Aenar"
TOS - "Balance of Terror"
(Didn't include "The Deadly Years" as the Romulans weren't really a focus of the episode.)
TOS - "The Enterprise Incident"
TNG - "Encounter at Farpoint"
TNG - "The Battle"
TNG - "Datalore"
(Didn't choose "The Neutral Zone" because the Romulan story was a relatively minor B-plot compared to the awakened cryo-sleepers.)
TNG - "The Measure of a Man"
TNG - "Q Who"
TNG - "Who Watches the Watchers"
TNG - "The Enemy"
TNG - "The Defector"
TNG - "The Offspring"
TNG - "Allegiance"
TNG - "Captain's Holiday"
TNG - "Sarek"
TNG - "The Best of Both Worlds"
(Just for kicks, when Admiral Hanson's signal cut out during the Battle of Wolf 359, I paused the Blu-ray and went to the CBS app and we watched the first few minutes of DS9's "The Emissary." It was pretty cool.)
TNG - "Family"
TNG - "Brothers"
TNG - "Data's Day"
TNG - "Qpid"
TNG - "The Drumhead"
TNG - "The Mind's Eye"
TNG - "Darmok"
TNG - "Unification"
TNG - "I, Borg"
TNG - "The Inner Light"
TNG - "Chain of Command"
TNG - "Face of the Enemy"
TNG - "Tapestry"
TNG - "Starship Mine"
TNG - "Lessons"
TNG - "The Chase"
TNG - "Descent"
TNG - "Gambit"
TNG - "Attached"
TNG - "The Pegasus" (At least for the teaser scene set on "Captain Picard Day")
TNG - "All Good Things ..."
Star Trek: Generations
(I contemplated adding some DS9 Romulan episodes, but because the Romulans were present only as a player in the Dominion War, that felt a bit off topic.)
Star Trek: First Contact
ENT - "Regeneration"
VOY - "Unity" (as suggested by u/Xenics)
VOY - "Scorpion"
VOY - "The Raven"
VOY - "The Omega Directive"
VOY - "Drone"
VOY
... keep reading on reddit β‘13 - Lee INV (his thought process is never shown even when he is extremely critical to the result lol)
12 - Jacqui INV
11 - Tarzan INV
10 - Locky UTR 2 (big character in S2, one of the smallest ones here)
9 - Zach MOR P 2 (as he himself said: "Surprise!")
8- Sharn CP 2 (very low visibility, has been improving somewhat lately)
7 - AK CP 2 (and even that may be a stretch)
6 - Nick CP 3 (probably just a fan-favorite edit, also bad position in the game)
5 - Shonee CP 3 (another fan-favorite edit, has gone really quiet after her "revenge" arc was completed)
4 - David OTT 4 (I can already see the episode where he is blindsided with two idols in his pocket as clearly as if it has already been shown)
3 - Brooke MOR 3 (another very mild edit, with some potential to blow up post-merge)
2 - Harry CP 3 (one of my only two real contenders at the moment, really a very well-rounded edit that's neither too big nor too small)
1- Moana CP 3 (it's a close call if she or Harry should be at the top spot. They both have a hint of arrogance in their confessionals that's a bit worrying - but they're still far ahead of anyone else, imho).
I'm fairly new at this, any alternative points-of-view welcome!
I'm not sure how many people are actually interested at this point in this series.
I binge-watched all of the first season this week-end. I found a clue in the finale, something that might be a key to a better understanding of what's going on here.
In episode 10, Alison is talking to Phoebe about the affair, and in particular about a moment near the beginning of it.
>ALISON - There was this moment at the very beginning... when I was walking away from Noah and he grabbed my hand and he pulled me back to him. And he just looked at me. He really just looked at me. It was the most perfect erotic moment of my life. And I sometimes think like everything that's happened since is just us circling each other trying to get back to that moment and...
>PHOEBE - ...yeah. But you never can.
>ALISON - but why not?
>PHOEBE - Because it wasn't real.
...cut to Alison waking up.
I initially posted it as a comment in another thread about the viewpoints, who was lying and who was truthful. I want to examine this moment a bit further. I think it's a very important moment to understand the show a bit better. I will first mention that there is a possibility that the above scene never happened and was a dream, but this would have other implications outside of the scope of this post.
During this discussion between Alison and Phoebe we see a flashback to another scene. The other scene is from Episode 3:
> NOAH - Listen. You can't rush me. We have to do this at my speed, okay?
> ALISON - Okay.
> NOAH - I know I sound like an asshole but I want to be in charge, okay?
> ALISON - Okay.
> NOAH - Okay, good. Kiss me.
