edit: There are heaps of websites that deal with filler in anime. I am mostly talking about western tv, procedural shows in particular.

... keep reading on reddit β‘I have a huge collection of TV series and movies that I'd like to watch someday but that day hasn't come for a majority of them.
I can't bring myself to delete them, I always reason that a friend might want them or a relative, which is rarely the case. To make things worse I'm always downloading new content which I'm not even gonna watch.
I feel like I've gone through most of the best series available. What are some I've missed? Here's what I've seen:
Breaking Bad
Mad Men
Dexter
The West Wing
Lost
The Walking Dead
Orange is the New Black
Better Call Saul
Stranger Things
Tried House of Cards - did not like it
Tried Narcos - did not like it
Hereβs mine:
Despite the mixed opinions of the movie, I see a lot of love for the ghosts of the Black Zodiac and people wishing we could have spent more time delving into their backstories, other than the DVD extras.
I think a 14-15 episode TV series with a monster-of-the-week format would work better than simply remaking the movie.
David and Griffin were discussing how the 2nd episode of a TV show is usually bad because it has to restate the intentions of the story before fully moving forward. So my question, what's the best 2nd episode of a TV show?
My vote would probably be the episode two of the Hannibal tv show. It does a good job of setting a pattern, has some truly striking moments (the living mushroom people being the tops) and ends on an ambiguous emotional that sets the tone for the rest of the season. It's incredibly well done.
Please include any details as to why it's the ideal episode to showcase the series - emotionally uplifting, summary recap, etc.
There have been a few shows this year where I have had the opportunity to watch the very final episode almost as soon as it comes out, but I have waited sometimes a couple of weeks or more just because I donβt want it to have ended and for there to be no more episodes left.
Hello r/appleswap!
I have a few devices that are no longer getting used that I hope to be able to find some new homes for. All prices are negotiable and more pictures can be provided upon request. Please comment before PMing and thanks for looking!
** Apple TV 4 (32GB) - $70 + shipping ** SOLD!!!
In excellent condition and there are no issues to speak of. No original box but I do have the power cable and remote.
** Apple TV 4K (32GB) - $115 + shipping ->! ** SOLD!!!
The unit itself works perfectly but as you can see, the original remote was slightly damaged. It actually still works perfectly fine and Iβm including it since it looks like you need to use the original remote when setting the device up from scratch. The newer, undamaged remote is included in the price and it will all come in itβs original packaging.
** Apple Watch Series 4 (LTE) Silver - $350 + shipping ** Timestamp
The watch is in great condition and was used pretty much daily for the last several months. There are zero issues with itβs operation but there is a discoloration on the original band. I belive something like a Magic Eraser can clean that up but I did not have one on hand when taking the pictures. Apple Care is on it until November 2020 and this was connected to Verizon when I had the cellular enabled. There is currently a Zagg film installed and I will include the box for that so you can use the lifetime warranty if needed. The original box and all accessories are incluced.
** Early 2016 MacBook (Space Gray) - $450 + shipping ** SOLD!!!
Retina display, 1.2GHz Core m5/8GB RAM/512GB/112 cycles; itβs in excellent condition with no cosmetic damages that I can find. The screen is fully fuctional with no issues and has never had to be replaced. It will also come with the original box and charger.
For a Limited 2 weekend Release in all Formats not Just Imax. So people are able can experience it with the Fans. Then they can create a What if mini short to play before the film starts.
Hi r/AskScience. I'm Rhett Allain, a physics professor at Southeastern Louisiana University and writer of the Dot Physics column at WIRED, where I dissect the physics of everything from viral videos like the Invisible Box Challenge, to the (often flawed) science in TV shows and movies like 'Stranger Things' and 'Iron Man.' I also consult on Mythbusters and MacGyver to make sure the science in their shows is sound. I'm here to help you better understand the world around you through everday physics, and generally answer any questions you have about my work and science in general. Ask me anything!
I'll be here at 12 PM ET (17 UT), ask me anything!
