Over the last 5 or so years, I’ve been working my way through the IBA’s list of official 77 cocktails as a Bucket List item. Yesterday, I went to make a Vampiro (would have been #72), only to find that the list has changed, and the Vampiro, among others, is no longer recognized, while others, such as the Old Cuban have been added. Does anyone know when this change happened? How often does the IBA switch up their list?
I haven't been out much since the quarantine started. I have a friend coming to Hoboken this weekend and we just want to walk around and have a few to-go cocktails and enjoy the weather. Does anyone know which bars are offering this? And is it only on weekends or do they operate during the weekdays as well?

I have been blessed with the job to write a new summer based cocktail list at my rooftop bar (Altitude bar, Brisbane Australia) and I need help! I have my own ideas but I would love to tap into the knowledge of the bartenders of reddit to help me create the most comprehensive and delicious list possible! We have a large variety of alchohols/liqueurs available and have the ability to acquire a few more to help with some new recipes so don’t be shy! Also if your drink uses a home made syrup send me the recipe and I can use that too!
