A list of puns related to "Lionhead rabbit"
I understand if mods don't consider this wrestling-related enough, but this was just such a delightful discovery for me and I hope someone local there sees this and gives at least one of them a forever home.
Hi bunny lovers, I'm just wondering how much should a 9 months old lionhead weigh? I have 2 lionheads (both 9 months old), the male weighs around 1.3 kg and the female weighs around 1 kg. Is that normal? Should there be any weight difference between male and female?
The Female lionhead mix weights 8-9LB and the Male weights 10-12LB, What should I do, will my rabbit be ok, do I need to be worried.?
My little lionhead has had digestion issues in the past with diarrhea off and on. I started giving her Manna PRO pellets and she absolutely loves them but then her digestion issues started acting up again so I checked the ingredients list and I realized it was mostly soybean based with little to no hay ingredients or vitamins. When I tell you she's addicted to the Manna Pro she's literally obsessed. She will throw tantrums if she doesn't get the amount she wants and if I give her alot she gorges herself on the pellets in one setting and then gets diarrhea. I decided to get her another brand of pellets I used to get her a long time ago that I didn't see any negative side effects from which is the Oxbow garden select pellets. I started giving it to her yesterday and she ate a little but she got upset that it wasn't her usual pellets so she started throwing her bowl around getting the food everywhere. Idk what to do cause I know this brand won't continue to mess up her digestion and I want her to eat what's good for her. It's kinda like she's addicted to junk food now lol I do give her plenty of hay and water just to note. Does anyone have any advice?
Title says it. She bought three for me (13) and my two siblings (11 & 7), one boy two girls. Now Im researching them so they arenβt miserable, does anyone own some here and give some pointers on care, cages, runs, possible medical issues, stuff like that?
We adopted a lionhead rabbit that was about 9 months old at the time. We were told he was a single mane but suddenly at almost 1.5 years old, his fur is getting long and he has a nice mane growing in. Itβs adorable but everything Iβve read says their coat and mane grow in at 4-6 weeks old or at puberty, both of which are long past. Has anyone else experienced this? Iβm wondering how long itβs going to grow. Itβs happening very quickly. See pics of before and after here https://imgur.com/a/ltTWY0z
I have 2 female lionhead rabbits free to a safe and happy home. They were born in July and are not yet spayed due to their age. One is a double-mane lionhead (Fluffy one, first pic) One is a single-mane lionhead (Short hair, whiter one in the second pic)
We will deliver to you, and you can keep their new travel carrier for free. You can adopt one or both of them, but if you do want both, please be able to give them the space that they need. They will become irritated if they don't regularly have enough space around each other.
We are very sad to see them go but they were born in a litter of 5 and three have already been re-homed. The mother is stressed having to share space and food with them as they're getting bigger. They're docile, curious, and should be quick to bond with you as long as you keep them safe and happy.
EDIT: I have read everyone's comments and messages so far-- I definitely do not want to encourage my babies being used for anything nefarious. I can't edit the title unfortunately but I will ask an adoption fee of $35 which will basically cover the travel carrier and small amount of food for them. I will also be thoroughly vetting interested homes. Thank you everyone! They still have not been officially re-homed if anyone is interested.

we recently got a new bunny that our friend gave to us ( she couldnt take care of her anymore) so we accepted and got her. when i tried to carry her i kinda felt her ribs even though she has a thick coat. i searched the ideal weight of a lionhead rabbit and its 3.75 pounds, but our bunny is almost 4 pounds. is that the right weight for her breed?
Hi, Iβm new to rabbits and I have a few questions.
I live in an apartment so Iβm letting him run around free and we put him in the shower area of a bathroom at night. Is that ok?
He has his hay and water at all times, I read I shouldnβt fed him anything else. I canβt find alfalfa hay in my country unfortunately.
The person that sold it to me said he was 5 weeks old and I read thatβs too young to be without his mother.
He a super friendly though, today is his second day and he already loves to lick our faces and be petted.
