Does anyone know what is being built outside at Leeds docks? There’s a sectioned off area beyond the footpath which has had concrete and now what looks like plywood added on top. I know the Steph show is coming to Dock 29 so was wondering if this was related?

What's Leeds Dock like to live in?
Now then, as the title suggests, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience / advice regarding Clarence Dock. My girlfriend and I have been living in Burley Park this year, but as we both work in the city centre we've been looking at flats there. There seem to be loads of flats at Leeds Dock - so I guess some of the people of /r/Leeds must live there...
Any advice? What's it like at night? Any buildings to avoid (poor quality, etc.)?
