A list of puns related to "Katie Couric"
The souvenir we have been discussing after Paula Woodwardβs AMA was described in part 2 of this 2001 program as: the missing piece of the paintbrush, according to Lou.
No secret, I guess he already told America?

Part 2: (souvenir 2:50) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QCf168ikl5Y
I do not have access to the new program that aired yesterday, but I wanted to see Lou speak as a part of this historical case and the upcoming anniversary. I believe it is a good visual summary of the IDI theory. I think I understand a little more and a little better now, than I did at the start of my research.
Lou mentions a fifth βpersonalityβ being present in the home that night in part I (9:33), which I thought was interesting phrasing. Also from a historical perspective, it is notable to see footage of him collaborating outside the Ramsey home with Detective Thomas (10:31), maybe debating a point of entry/exit or discussing basement scream acoustics.
In Part 3, Lou is nearly moved to tears and his voice almost cracks when mentioning his motivation in pursuing this case and for quitting it, that it is all for JonBenet. And standing in her shoes. (2:38)
Part 3: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=stHn7lH_i0k
This echos a similar interview of another former investigator who resigned from the case, also nearly moved to tears, that it is about standing up for JonBenet, and giving her a voice. (28:33) 20/20 Sept 1998 https://youtu.be/5AXCqFDk6AM
I think we can all agree on these points at least.

" Ginsburg went on to say that such protests show a 'contempt for a government that has made it possible for their parents and grandparents to live a decent life.'
She said: 'Which they probably could not have lived in the places they came from...as they became older they realize that this was youthful folly. And that's why education is important.' "
>Couric was among those who attended the infamous 2010 dinner at Jeffrey Epstein's house when Prince Andrew was also there.
>She describes Epstein's $75million New York townhouse as 'Eyes Wide Shut with a twist - creepy chandeliers and body-part art'.
>Guests ate lasagna out of shallow bowls and Epstein 'held court' in front of the fireplace to the likes of Chelsea Handler and Woody Allen and Soon-Yi Previn, George Stephanopoulos and Charlie Rose.
>On the way home Perlin remarked how young the women were who took their coats.
>Couric writes: 'I couldn't imagine what Epstein and Andrew were up to, apart from trying to cultivate friends in the media. Which, in retrospect, they must have figured they'd need when the pedophilia charges started rolling in.'

Katie Couric was interviewed on Kara Swisher's NYT podcast Sway (Google Podcast link). As most of us know, The Morning Show is based on Brian Stelter's book about The Today Show and Good Morning America.
From the interview, it's pretty clear the Alex character is inspired by Couric and Mitch by Matt Lauer. Couric does answer questions about TMS and the Lauer controversy, but I actually found her discussion of various rivalries with other female anchors the most interesting. For someone not familiar with this world, it shed a lot of light about the dynamics between Alex, Bradley, Laura, and other anchors on the show. Worth a listen IMHO.
