A list of puns related to "John Quade"
Been watching a lot of John's videos and see this as a recurring theme in his powerbuilding routines but it doesn't seem to make a whole load of sense to me. I always viewed a box squat as something to specifically address a weak point in your main squat's ROM or as a more glute intensive squat. Why would it be constantly used on a quad hypertrophy day in place of something like an SSB squat, hack squat or high bar/front squat done to depth (depth being the peak point of knee extension if quad hypertrophy was the primary goal) ?
I myself have been running things as a barbell back squat as my primary strength movement followed up with leg press super setted with leg extensions are my main quad hypertrophy movement. But overtime I've developed my glutes way more than my quads doing this so I'm looking to swap things out.
I'll be taking out the leg press for a hack squat. What shall I do with the back squat? (am already doing all the basic stuff like heel elevation, driving knees out, using a not-wide-stance and such)

Juliane Moore is a southern Q anon mom, her cuck husband Dennis Quade wonβt let her take the F250 to D.C., she hitches a ride with a mysterious and handsome stranger she meets outside Golden Coral, βcall me John-Johnβ he says (James Marsden). Will her marriage last?
Lea Michelle is a young clap-backing U.S Representative from San Antonio with generalized anxiety disorder, on the cusp of her most epic moment yet as she prepares to abstain from voting on imposing new Balkan sanctions. She and her gay best friend/roommate/communications director Billy Eichner dish about the drama at the capital as they power through a HIIT workout class. In each other they found their bumble bff, but neither can find a humble bf that will accept the backseat to their activism.
John Leguizamo is on his second day of duty as a rookie capital building security guard. Heβs getting some confusing directions about how to handle crowd control at tomorrows protest, and heβs getting mixed signals from security chief Issa Raeβ¦ if only he knew she was in a committed asexual life partnership with a possessive and gaslighting John Cho. Love and priorities become clearer as the fate of the republic ignites dormant passions.
John Ham is the director of social media investigations at the NSA second; heβs a single father to Millie Bobbie Brown first. Sheβs falling behind in zoom classes because she spent all of 2020 making TikToks keeping people informed that the president is a literal fascist. Our NSA agent is hearing rumors about plans to storm congress, but his heart is being stormed by Rachel Mcadams, a CIA analyst he met a month ago at the interagency winter formal, he hasnβt had the courage to ask her out yetβ¦
Sidney Sweeney is weaving through the crowd on the day of the protest, with a smile on her face and pumping a sign reading βGuilty of Loving America Stop The Stealβ her smile is electrifying and captures the attention of a live streamer played by Miles Teller. Sheβs fled the capital before he can meet her, perhaps the romantics in America can use their their internet sleuthing to bring them together and turn both of them into the FBI.

Iβm hoping some of you could recommend and share your experience with financing a quad in the St. Johnβs area? Who to consider and who to avoid? And if not to personal, what size the payments were? Iβm looking for something in the 500CC range that is a legal 2 up seater and Iβm hesitant to buy second hand. Thanks!
