A list of puns related to "Joe Gibbs"
Every year Iβm more impressed by what he accomplished in his second run. A feat no other coach has yet to reach.
Really wish Snyder would of gave him an offer he couldnβt refuse. I donβt know about you but Iβd take the playoffs every other year.
Just think no other coach since Gibbs has managed to make the playoffs more than once
Alright so we all know what Joe Gibbs 1.0 did. Won three super bowls with three different QBs (all of whom were good but none of them great). Was a genteel in an era where coaches were more or less expected to be abrasive hard-asses. Retired while he was on top. Went on to become a hall of famer in both pro football and in NASCAR.
Daniel Snyder somehow performed a miracle (one of the few good things he ever did) and managed to bring him back for one more run. His second run was widely considered to be a disappointment. After four seasons, he had a combined 30-34 record, two playoff appearances, and one win. But considering how dysfunctional this franchise has been since Snyder bought it, Joe Gibbs' 2.0 is actually rather impressive. Snyder bought the the ???'s prior to the 1999 season. Since then, the team has a record of 155-212-1 (a winning percentage of .423; a bit below Gibbs 2.0's winning percentage of .468).
Moreover, since Snyder bought the team, through 23 seasons, Washington has had six winning seasons. Joe Gibbs, in just four years, is responsible for two of those six seasons. He is, likewise, responsible for two of Washington's six playoff appearances in the Snyder era, and indeed their last win in a playoff game was under Gibbs: a win over Tampa bay in the 2005/06 playoffs.
His QBs in his two winning/playoff seasons: an over-the-hill Mark Brunell (who admittedly had a very good season), and Todd Collins (who was a midseason replacement for injured Jason Campbell). And the 2007 season wherein the ???'s finished the season with four consecutive wins to get into the playoffs? That run happened after the team's best player was murdered mid-season (RIP Sean Taylor).
Joe Gibbs 2.0 was a damned good coaching run. At the time, we knew Snyder was bad and that the team was dysfunctional but we couldn't conceive just how bad and how dysfunctional. With the benefit of hindsight, Joe Gibbs 2.0 deserves some more credit.

Why does Elain say βJoe Gibbsβ when Jerry puts the pez dispenser on her lap during the piano performance on S3: E 14 ??
How much longer does he want to continue before retiring?

My collection is getting outta hand. Thinning the herd. USPS Media Mail shipping from San Diego, CA to the rest of the continental U.S. is included in the price. PayPal G+S invoice only.
I've got these listed all lower than Discogs + eBay but if you see anything priced outta whack, please let me know. I've graded all of these very conservatively. Most are NM- or VG++ but I've used VG+ in most cases because some folks have a pickier eye than I do. Not looking to trade. Please leave a comment if you chat or message me.
I ship in Mighty Mailer boxes with an extra cardboard insert (space permitting). All used records will be shipped with LP outside sleeve to prevent seam splits. I generally ship out within 1-2 business days and will update you with tracking ASAP.

Why did Joe Gibbs Racing let go of Jones when 1. He is younger than Bell 2. He arguably got rushed up to the cup series. 3. You'd think they would learn from the Joey Logano situation. 4. I feel like the only justifiable thing is that Bell has more sponsorship. 5. Jones is 1 year younger than Chase Elliott and probably would have a breakout season. 6. You can't really compare Erik Jones to his teammates because all of them are champions above the age of 30.
If anyone has a different opinion please tell me in the replies and we will have a classic reddit argument.
