Green does have Sogeking, but his normals are not multi-hit attacks and he only fires one projectile at a time. Off the top of my head, some candidates I can think of are:
- Van Augur
- Marineford/Post-Timeskip Yasopp
- Vander Decken

Izo can:
- Outgun God Usopp (Usopp's normal attacks can't keep up with Izo's normals or his skill 1. I recently found out you can cancel Usopp's skill 2 with Izo's normals. Is that a thing all ranged characters can do or is it unique to Izo?)
- Shred through General Franky, Onigashima Kid, and Enies Lobby Robin's health bars while they are standing in their treasure areas
- Increase opponent's skill cooldown
- Constantly stun on his skill 1 meaning his opponent can't dodge out of it
All this on top of being an Akainu counter. Forget the 3rd anniversary EXs, I might just dump all my resources into this gem of a unit! Lawffy, Christmas Chopper, and now Izo are the only attackers in the game that I enjoy playing and I don't regret splurging a few gems on his banner :3
Izo may be my very first hyperboost unit, I can't wait until the next boss battle event :3
You know the boss battle. Limited time to kill a gigantic foe with bars of health and maybe some allys to make things harder? 2 pts of strategy for these time and time again. Hit a lot and keep the combo going. Enter Izo with multi hit moves and guess what? A trait that causes his damage to go up the more times he hits. Before it was Holiday Chopper, God Usopp and Lucci racking up the combos but now we have a new boy to help get that 1k combo.

I've seen a lot of Miike films and they all range from masterpieces to solid films to hard pass. With 100 movies under your belt, you're going to have some duds. Some of my favorites are mentioned in the title as well as Happiness of Katakuris and Dead or Alive series.
