A list of puns related to "Hummer H3"
People seem to hate on the H3 for no apparent reason. I want to hear genuine thoughts on the H3.
From what I read, it seems like a good off roader, but would it be good for me? I'm 17 and it's going to be my first(yes, I know...), and I always wanted a safe car that's fun to drive.
The nicest thing is that H3 prices here in Saudi Arabia are low (probably because they're not as desirable as FJ cruisers, Wranglers...etc), and there are manual H3's that people seem to not realize how rare they are.
And I found '08 manual for around 5 grand (168k miles)
What do you guys think?
I am currently driving a 2009 Hummer H3 that I love but unfortunately it is coming close to having 200,000 miles on it. The poor thing is getting close to being more expensive to repair than it's worth.
I'd really love to replace it with an SUV that's on the taller side, but nothing too huge (like an Expedition). Prefer to keep it under $15,000 and bonus points for something kind of cool or with a little flair. I've been looking around for a while now and nothing quite seems to fit what I'm looking for so recs are welcome.
Does anyone know about any common issues with the hummer h3? My parents are wanting to get one and I'm trying to help them by seeing if the 5 cylinder or the v8 is better. Trying to figure out reliability, and common things to be aware of and to look out for.
My dad recently gave me his 2006 Hummer H3. I really like the vehicle but my problem is that it doesn't have the modern features newer cars have like change lane sensors, backing camera, Bluetooth, etc. The backing camera would be really nice since the vehicle has a giant blind spot. I wonder how easy it would be to modernize my vehicle.
I'm aware of gobi, arb, and outfitter design
I will be driving across country from california to North Carolina my wife and I intend on exploring each state and camping in each one
Trying to be prepared before we embark on that route
I plan on getting maxtraxx A roofrack for an awning and mounting thr tax and hijack I own
This thing is as mint as mint gets... honestly. Guy bought it brand new and has had maintenance via the dealer its whole life. If it rains 1 drop hes out there detailing the thing.
I really love the H3 and feel like they are one of those trucks that will maintain its value even aside from the crazy prices on used vehicles right now, but I'm pretty inexperienced as to the 5 cylinder and whatever transmission/transfer case they use. I know there were 2 different 5 cylinders over its run, I'm not sure yet which one it has. I want to say the 3.5.
If I got this thing do any of you have any experience with the platform and what I should expect at this mileage point?
Any recommended touchscreen display GPS stereos? Is there anything I need to know for installation? Looking in Canada.
