After the name of the country I put the books I have found so far through my own research. For most of these I have either found very little or a lot but for specific time periods that would require me reading more than 5 books for an overall understanding
If this isn't suited to r/AskHistorians, mods could remove this or direct it somewhere else. However, there isn't currently any rule specifically prohibiting it yet (as of my knowledge).

Hey everyone,
Im planning to visit the southern tip of Bahrain, and i have a few questions.. (Btw im local here not a tourist)
- What are the things that i should consider before going? Is it even legal to visit that tip And by the tip i mean the very very last part of Bahrain Im planning to go on foot once I reach the dirtway
2)Are there any police check posts? Nothing to hide but still would be better if we avoid them. Even if the are no big deal just asking. If its a check post that will only question me thats oky. But if they i will get denied then i can cancel the whole roadtrip.(oh and forgot to mention that i will most probably be alone without anyone/solo roadtrip )

i know the idea is a little silly but im being curious I always wanted to explore Bahrain Plus im also aware that the tip wont be needle sharp Like there wouldn't be a dirt road that gets narrow and narrower.
