A list of puns related to "Hello Kitty murder"
My name is Dinah and someone near and dear to me remembered there past life. To my surprise she said her full name and the name of the person who killed her, and for her it was like a dream as she explained it but to me it was a shock to find out the story was true. Fan Man-yee lives on and all she asked was to see her son she left behind. Please help me so I can help her.
There was a murder case in Hong Kong back in 1999. A nightclub actress was abducted and tortured to death. Her body was chopped into pieces and her skull was hidden in the head of a Hello Kitty doll. The photo of the Hello Kitty doll is very disgusting.

Has anyone suggested this case before?? I scrolled back for a bit and didnโt see it. Honestly this case gives me the chills.. Iโm curious to see the take Mr Ballen would have on this one particular story.
Just finished listening to it. I truly do not understand the thought process of these senseless murders. And I hope I never will. Stories like these make me grateful that I was born into a normal family. Also, I feel that Annieโs belief that she was haunted by Fung stems from her guilt rather than any paranormal activity. This is one of the darkest true crime story Iโve ever heard, right up to the Junko case.
In the hello kitty murder the head of the victim was hidden in the head of the hello kitty doll and the guy who posted the posts has a weird Hello kitty Pfp I think that might contian some clue...
[Edited]
So I went on soundcloud and downloaded the pfp of the u/hell_oo_kitty and then went to base64 to decode the picture and found huge text then I decoded it twice or thrice but no lead yet
[Edit 2]
I tried opening the image in winrar as You can Hide files behind an image by compressing the files to a winrar file and then using some codes in cmd you can hide the files behind the image. But I didn't find any leads there either
I'm new here btw I joined because
u/professionaldummy told me about this and I was too intrigued!!
This is the creepiest thing Iโve ever heard about. Literally. Like why! Just why!
In 1999, Fan Man Yee was a nightclub host but even a prostitute. She was with customer Chan Man Lok. It wasnโt until she stole $4,000 from Chan Man Lokโs wallet but he found out, so Chan Man-lok, Leung Shing-cho, Leung Wai-lun, and Chanโs 13 year old girlfriend kidnapped her and tortured her. They were all addicted to drugs so that isnโt good. They drunk alcohol and kept her imprisoned until they got their money back. They planned to whore her out and get money from it but they were too tempted to torture her everyday. There were 2 movies about this. โHuman Pork Chopโ and โThereโs A Secret in My Soupโ both made in 2001 based on this story. But anyways, they made her eat crap, they pissed on her, forced her to drink oil, and other awful stuff. A month later, in April, Fan Man Yee suddenly died on the bathroom floor. She was left for a while until the 13 year old girlfriend got worried and eventually everyone else. Not knowing what to do, they left her in the refrigerator to think of ideas. They strangely decided to chop up her body and stuffed her in the fridge again. Then they had another idea. They cooked her organs! They made it like as if it was soup. They even cooked noodles next to it and sometimes stirred both with the same spoon. They took the skull and stuffed it in a mermaid hello kitty doll! It was kept a secret until the 13 year old was scared of the incident and went to the police station. In 2000, the judge said it was an accident, as he doesnโt know how she died, but they were life-sentenced anyways for man-slaughter. The dead host had a son she missed and he was only a 1 year old. The son was an orphan when she died because his mother died and his father was in jail so he had no one to take care of him. I think I heard that they gave him a necklace related to his motherโs that he kept.
Donโt tell me Iโm not the only one freaked out. Iโve been freaked out for days!

Might be of relevance at some point
So, a link might be that the murderers might be getting out VERY soon > " the trio was convicted of manslaughter in December 2000, and they were sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after just 20 years." https://www.ranker.com/list/hello-kitty-facts/cat-mcauliffe. . Meaning 19/02/20 could easily be the date that their (or one of their) paroles went through. Can't find the date for sure though.
This is the first episode Iโve listened to. I came here after discovering Crime Junkie and then discovering the drama surrounding it, which brought my love affair to an end and tainted how much I loved it. Upon looking for recommendations, I noticed RedHanded kept coming up. I was looking for crime story podcasts that get straight to the point, are well researched and told in a compelling fashion. The hosts being two women with great banter and rapport (and not horribly scripted) was a massive plus!
I had super high hopes going in. It took a little bit to get straight to the case but thatโs not a big deal. I was super horrified to hear them laughing hysterically when discussing the heinous torture Man-Yee experienced, however. I thought it was insane that they could talk about it so flippantly while making quips and laughing about them eating spaghetti on Scarface. People who recommended the podcast kept praising their accents and penchant for profanity, but all of that is just fluff. Their delivery devoid of any kind of respect for people who have experienced the height of cruelty was super messed up and such a turn off.
I do appreciate the specific nods they made to child grooming and child trauma in their discussion around Ling and her role, which is super important to highlight. However, as a whole, I felt that respect for Fan Man-Yee was heavily lacking. It made me sick to listen to.
I want to listen to a few more episodes because I donโt want to judge based on just one, but is this style typical of the podcast? Do all the episodes generally sound like this one or did I just start with a bit of an outlier?
So I was bored so I looked into the The hello kitty murder. If you dont know what that is heres the Wikipedia on it https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hello_Kitty_murder. But the things is why would they stuff the hostess skull into a hello kitty mermaid doll there had to be more to this. It would make more sense to hide in some sort of trashcan or lake but a hello kitty doll? Maybe they hated hello kitty, Maybe they had a traumatic experience with hello kitty as a kid but this would be possible due to hello kitty was made in 1974 and the murder took place 1999 but they were all different ages so they would be different ages in 1974. The killers ages when the killings took place were 34, 27 and 21 so know that we have the ages we can figure out what there ages were in 1974 now the the guy who was 34 would be 9 the guy who was 27 would be 2 and the guy who was 21 would not be alive at all for a matter a fact he would not be alive for another 4 years. Im not sure about all my data buy maybe there might be more to the hello kitty murders
I like posting these from time-to-time. I upgraded my Hello Kitty Stratocaster with a DiMarzio X2N, Sperzel tuners, a stacked pot to add tone control, and as much black hardware as I could find.
