Hi everyone, I am looking for movies like these two, or maybe also like Agatha Christieβs and then there were none. What I like is the kind of situations where many people are stuck together, then someone dies and you have to figure out who is the killer, and I really like it when just as in the hateful eight the characters starts turning on each other and forming alliances, and taking each others weapons and killing each other and all that.
I am not so much a fan of the detective work they try to do as in Agatha Christieβs book, where everyone remains calm and try to figure out what happened, but I prefer when there is a lot of drama like in he hateful eight and people turn on each other.
I heard that knives out might be good for this is it true? (No spoil pls)
Anyway, do you have any recommendation?
Thanks in advance!
The hidden/secret eight immortals are eight symbols decorated usually on porcelain wares or furniture, like in this picture:

The eight symbols are:
Gourd or crutch - representing the immortal Tie Guai Li
Banana leaf fan - representing the immortal Quan Zhong Li
Flower basket - representing the immortal Lan Cai He
Lotus flower - representing the immortal He Xian Gu
Sword - representing the immortal Lv Dong Bin
Flute - representing the immortal Han Xiang Zi
Bamboo tube drum or dust whisk - representing the immortal Zhang Guo Lao
Yin-yang board or jade tablet - representing the immortal Cao Guo Jiu
See if you can spot these eight symbols in the linked picture above.

It's what inspired me to write this in the first place, and (alongside a great art piece!) establishes that two of the eight Chinese immortals, Lan Caihe and Zhongli Quan, are inspirations for the Anemo and Geo Archon respectively. The evidence is interesting as well, and it got me to start thinking about the future archons and whether this pattern will hold out.
**I have not done the Zhongli story quest; if it has information pertaining to this topic, it will be missing!
From my understanding, the process of becoming an Immortal and being an Archon is very similar. As we know, visions are bestowed onto worthy humans when they display a feat of great magnitude or undergo a great change in their lives. These individuals are allogenes, or genshin, and have the ability to transcend into godhood. They are recognized by the gods and rewarded for it, and the Immortals have a similar story- normal people who were blessed with power (in this case, immortality). Also, there are eight immortals and seven regions on Teyvat, eight total if we include Khaen'riah. This does align with the idea of one Archon ruling over one nation.
Furthermore, for the Eight Immortals, it is said that "each immortal's power can be transferred to a vessel (ζ³ε¨) that can bestow life or destroy evil." This could be something akin to a Gnosis, maybe the act of bestowing a vision to a normal person, or just the human vessels they take (Venti for Barbatos, for example). The wording is a bit vague, and I don't know what the characters used mean. Regardless, the immortals have some power transferral ability, which mirrors the Archons in some sense. But, now that we've established that the Immortals are possible inspirations to some of The Seven in Teyvat, one must wonder about our good old friend Baal, the Electro Archon to come.
Speculation Time Baybeeee
So, with what we know about Baal's controlling nature, the vision-hunt decree, and (possibly) restriction of vision bestowing for nearly a year, she has no clear parallel like Zhongli or Venti with an Immortal from Chinese Myth. The only female immortal, He Xiangu, does not hold any explicit or implicit resemblances to her (as far as I can understand; if anyone with greater knowledg
