A list of puns related to "Health Promotion Board"
Health Promotion Board takes down their ad that featured hate symbol Pepe the Frog in it http://www.newsloop.co/u/1ntcxc
did not know pepe the frog is a hate symbol damn
This process currently seems magical to my leadership.
Iβm YG18, OD branched, and I havenβt received anything on promotion yet.
I canβt find anything on when to expect something. Thereβs no MILPER published.
All the current Captains I know said βidk. I just received an email saying to get my shot ready.
Iβm not bitching, just wondering if anyone can shed some light on the process.

Not seeing any specifically good deals on individual games but not bad if you are already combining with something else in the sale or if you want to point a family member to get some games for the holidays.
I have just launched a new online board games store that's mission is to promote the mental health benefits of playing board games. Also, 2.5% of the profit will be donated to the Mental Health Charity Mind. Please check it out and use code Launch5 for a 5% discount.
Trying to get an understanding of what the promotion board looks at. I have heard they donβt even look at the front side of EPRs. Is that true?
Going back to AIT as an MOS-T as I reclassed. My AIT is quite long, 42 weeks, and I heard hold under time is high. The promotion points for my prospective MOS are 798, so not getting E5 that way. The promotion points for my old/current MOS are more reasonable. So hereβs the question, As an MOS-T at AIT, if I donβt get my new MOS until I graduate does that mean I remain under my old MOS, and itβs promotion points? My leadership tells me Iβll be able to go to the board and everything while Iβm an MOS-T. So could, say, a prospective 35T become E5 under 88m cutoff while as a student MOS-T? Ps the example MOS are completely chosen at random and bear no real world likeness to the actual ones in question
The Frederick County Board of Health is meeting on Thursday to discuss a mask requirement and limit on public events over 25 people. If you agree that it is important that everyone mask up to help limit the spread and prevent our hospitals from being overrun, please submit comments to let them know you are in favor of these requirements and why. https://www.publicinput.com/H2716
Frederick now has a 19% positivity rate and as we all know, it is extremely difficult to get tested. This affects everyone, regardless of your vaccination status or opinion on COVID. If hospitals fill up, you may not get timely emergency care if you have a heart attack or are in a car accident.
Masks and reduced capacity limits are a health measure we can implement immediately help reduce transmission of this airborne virus. High quality masks like N95s/K95s are now readily available, affordable and much, much more effective than cloth or surgical masks.
And for those who say masking should be a choice, we all need to mask up when in indoor public places to reduce the amount of virus in the air. As the parent of a high-risk child who is unable to keep a mask on (which means we just don't go anywhere as it's not safe), it is important that we all think of others and the most vulnerable in the community. If you are against masking, please offer your solution to the board.

Edit: Additional information- Public comments will be accepted on a public portal at https://www.publicinput.com/H2716, or by calling toll-free 855- 925-2801, entering meeting code 8751 to enter into a queue for live public comment during the meeting. Meeting is Thursday, Dec. 30 at 7 pm.
Update: As of 12/29 the positivity rate in Frederick County is almost 21%. https://www.fredericknewspost.com/news/continuing_coverage/coronavirus/covid-19-levels-in-frederick-county-surge-as-state-hospitalizations-exceed-previous-pandemic-record/article_6ca5266b-a449-5629-a8e4-045285ae5e48.html
Hi so I've been with my force since 2014 and acting in my supervisor role for 3 years now. Within that time I've had 4 failed boards, I get told every time I'm great but didn't score enough points in board. Can anyone offer advice and tips on how to be successful in the board? I am hoping to have a 5th board soon and I honestly just want to get that substantive role once and for all.
Thanks
I was notified by my leadership this morning (5 Oct)that the USSF promotion board next week has been canceled due to "statutory matters" and there is no additional info.
As is standard, my best COA is to turn to the internet for answers.
Any info or links to anything official is much appreciated.
Edit: Board F0521A
Edit 2 [7 Oct]: appears to be only the Information Warfare and Force Modernization boards canceled for F0521A... still no official word from USSF or AFPC on board cancelation
Edit 3 [14 Oct] VCSO is having a town hall tomorrow at 1330 eastern. It is for those affected by the board cancelation and their Senior Raters. If you fall into this category and don't have an email, check with your SR. As stated below the email specified "do not forward to anyone"
Anyone know what Iβm talking about, and have a copy? Canβt find the file anywhere. It was basically a table that listed possible scores a board member might give, and suggestions to the right of what it takes to get those scores.
Say what you want about the system and the inaccuracy of predicting things like that, but Iβve found it to be highly accurate in practice and I would like to have a copy again. Any help would be appreciated!
I just reached four years time in service in the Army.
On a deployment I last year was told by my platoon sergeant that I would go to the promotion board. That came and went and I was not sent.
Then over the past few months, I was given multiple non-recommendation counselings by my E5 saying that my job performance is satisfactory but he doesn't think I am ready for the next rank. However, he said that he would work with me to help me get ready for the board. He stayed in the barracks with me (we weren't roommates but his door was next to the door I and my roommate had).
I would come up and ask him once in a while about when am I going to go to the board or BLC and I would tell him that I have been studying for it and would show him I know the NCO creed and other things, and he would brush it off and tell me "sometime" He PCSed last month without even saying anything to me. No "good luck" or "goodbye" or anything. Another E5 on my team who was also on deployment with us replaced him and now she is giving me the same non-recommendation counselings just with her name on it instead of his.
I did sign "agree" on the first counselling he gave but on the next put "disagree" because he hadn't done anything with me like he said. The male NCO's last (my third) non-recommendation counselling was not even presented to me in person (he didn't even knock on my door even though he was right next door to me in the barracks. In fact he never checked up on me at all to see how I was doing). Same thing with my fourth one, coming from the female NCO. Both of those were just texted to and the two NCOs put an "X" mark on "agree" When I asked why couldn't they present me, Each told me that they were in a hurry and just couldn't bring them to me.
In total four non-recommendation counselings.
The plan of action all say the same things: that I should attend soldier of the quarter board (when I asked how to do so, they again said they'd get back with me but never did); I should work on my civilian education (I'm like five courses away from getting a bachelor's degree. You can count on one hand how many other specialists have any college courses at all); I should work on my weapons qual (we were at the range this past August and I shot 35); and I should work on getting a high PT score (of course the ACFT for record isn't in effect until October next year. My record APFT score is 270 and I've been doing decently well on my practice ACFT's)

... keep reading on reddit β‘I came across a post on twitter discussing the Board composition of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. I would have hoped for more independence, but lot's of life long PC's. Even Heather Stefanson's sister-in-law. Maybe this was well know, but it's eye opening for me. Thought it was worth sharing and spreading awareness on. These are the individuals who are responsible for providing oversight and setting strategy for the WRHA.
I also note that no Board Members have acknowledged a conflict of interest. This can be seen in the public minutes of past Board Meetings where the Covid response was discussed (with minimal minutes taken). Talk about bad governance.

Some highlights of the Board Members are:
Lauren Stone - a lobbyist with Global Public Affairs who previously served as a policy analyst for Pallister during his time in opposition.
Shannon Stefanson - sister-in-law of Premier Heather Stefanson and her husband Grant is the president of Pallisterβs Fort Whyte riding association.
Bill Baines - a local businessman with long ties to the PCs. Baines served as COO of the Manitoba Telephone System when Gary Filmonβs PC government privatized the Crown Corporation in 1996. At the time, critics accused Baines of being a βflunky for the governmentβ and pushing the βparty lineβ on privatization.
Dawn Daudrich - an owner of an eco-tourism company and her name is listed as having donated $18,308 to the PC party. The name of Daudrichβs husband, Walter, is also listed donating $19,268 to the PCs. Between 2018 and 2019, six members of Daudrichβs family are listed donating a combined $50,980 to Pallisterβs party. Daudrich served as the agent for Flin Flon PC candidate Theresa Wride in 2019.
Jennifer Moncrieff - a former director of sales with the Investors Group whose name is listed as having donated $267.50. Her father is the CEO of Great-West Life and his name is also listed donating several thousand dollars to the PCs.

The Next section wants to know the "Number of Senior Secondary Leaving Examinations you have already taken".
I am yet to give my semester 1 exams (ISC). Should I mention my class 10 board exams (ICSE)?
