THis is the exact model I am reviewing.
Right now I am day 2 into living in my brand new 2022 17RWD Vista Cruiser (VC). I purchased mainly for the Aluminum and Azdel and Foam construction. The floor plan has everything I need with elbow room and nothing more. I could have gotten a smaller RV without the elbow room but the weight would have been the same as the VC at 2600 pounds. Weight is everything for me because my tow capcity is 3,000 pounds.
It tows reasonably well with my Suburu Outback with the 6 cylinder 3.6 engine. Tow capacity is 3,000 pounds. The MPG readout on the Outback said 12.5MPG on the first 50 mile leg of moderately hilly Western Pa. The Outback curb weight is 3600 pounds, about 1000 more than the VC. Even without the trailer, this 2011 Outback requires attention to keep it on the road so maybe an alignment is in order. Otherwise I think it handled fine. It did fishtail a bit but turning off cruise control helps in the hilly areas. Semi trucks blowing by seemed to have no significant effect; not much more than when I had an old '68 VW Micro Buss. The rear end of the Outback still had plenty of travel and you have to look close to see any sag. I am hoping I can get adjustable air shocks or something for it.
The interior is beautiful and perfect layout .....blah blah blah... There are some interior finish issues that looked rushed and most can be fixed once I get home. Most notably unfinished splintery edges around the plywood storage hatches.
I had to repair the thermostat as it was jammed in the full on position. The refrigerator required several restarts to bleed the propane lines. The DMFD20 Dometic Furnace sucks in 20,000BTU of propane and spits out 15,200 BTU of usable heat. That makes it 80% efficient. But come on, it is 2021 and Dometic should be able to make this at least 93% efficient. I do wonder if the 80% number is even honest. The fan draws 4.2 Amps but not sure if that is peak at start. These numbers are from the owners manual.
The mattress is a lightweight nonwoven spun polyester filament slab. it is very similar the green or blue Scotch Brite scrubby pads except with out abrasives. I thought this was genius and was extremly comfortable ..... for the first night. Night number two, it was matted down and was just as uncomfortable as sleeping on a matted down futon. The Norwegian equivalent of the BBC is NRK.
When I'm visiting their website, nrk.no, it takes me straight to what I believe is their 404. It only happens on my mobile (Brave) browser, not on my desktop (Brave) browser. It doesn't happen with any other mobile browser either. Tried with shields down, without any success. Happens every time I visit the site.
This only started happening 2-3 weeks ago, and I was able to visit their site without any issues prior to this. I have the latest version of Brave.
Any ideas on what can cause this? What other info would you need from me to find a fix?
Sure it should be covered; but they are broadcasting the speeches by Nigel Farage and Tim Martin which they didn't do for the other march.
